Ill fitting clothing. You can only get a store credit for a return and they make you pay high shipping costs to return.
So you spend what looks like a good deal on a dress, say $40, but it doesn't fit, it's $12 for a return and you get $40 in store credit, not returned to your card.
I enjoy SaturdayClub clothing, but their website is quite challenging to use. Despite clicking the ‘forgot password’ link four times, I never received the email to reset my password. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time, and it’s truly disappointing for the overall shopping experience!

However, the quality is getting worse as I noticed all their zips have problems compared to the other online store I get from.
If things are priced higher than most blogship, then quality of items should match. It is always stuck.
Thus, now I no longer buy any Saturday club items anymore as it is not even possible to have it zipped properly. 2 of them still brand new with tags yet the zip are already damaged. It is really not worth my time
Website will not allow me to access my return credit to purchase an exchange. They don’t offer normal exchanges. I followed their sizing chart but it wasn’t even close. Customer service is not helpful. They just keep telling me to try the same thing.
Sizing is kind of all over the place, which is fine, but they make the process difficult. Here are the problems I had:
- their website loads previous carts right before check out, so I accidentally bought a duplicate of a dress - they refunded me in store credit
- if you have to exchange it is in store credit (they did refund my card after requesting)
- they did send me a shirt that was in a Ziploc that had a stain on it so I suspect they're not reviewing returns before putting them back in circulation or it happened at the factory
Giving them a 3 (meets expectations) because they did refund my card when asked.
Ordered from Saturdsyclub.co. No response to emails when I’ve not received any shipment notifications 2 weeks+ on. I believe they’re a scam company and will be reporting to trading standards if no response within the week. Avoid.
