From the time of order to the time of delivery, my communication with your customer service team has been sterling! More like brilliantly assuring! Because I was travelling I wanted to ensure safe delivery and I received both an immediate response and a follow up response after.

The progress towards the making the jewelry was updated regularly. The delivery of the product was on time and in the promised manner. The packaging, presentation and quality of packaging was top notch. The jewelry itself is with good finish and in agreement to the offered products. Happy with the experience 😊👍

Complete trash that you can buy from so many of these websites just sold to you in a fashionable manner with fashionable models and great graphics. There is nothing special about this product. It is absolutely not worth the amount they’re asking for it.

what a great ring for the price. fits to size. the brilliance is better than some diamonds. the package it comes in shows that they are proud of their product. shipping wasn't too bad. a little long. but they walk you through the process. would highly recommend and but from again...kudos

I purchased an item which online looked perfect, however the item I have received looks like something which has been been produced as costume jewellery, it is not something I would ever give to my partner.

I have contacted Sateur, stating that the item advertised and the item delivered are not even similar and requested a refund. However I have been told that it is not an option but instead will offer store credit… why would I want more of your products when the first item you have sent me is so poor?

I received my ring that i ordered and it was scratched and we see the silver color under the gold plated color 🤦🏻‍♂️ that's not a master pièce and i will not give it to my love .

It's perfect. From the packaging, the box, the light. The ring sparkles brilliantly like a true diamond. Needless to say, she was very happy. Shipping time was quick too, quicker than expected. Overall very satisfied.

I have recently purchased a few items from Satèur the first one being the Triomphe ring Which I was rather underwhelmed with it's also very sharp so every time I wear it wash my hands it catches in towels and clothes so I personally wouldn't recommend it but it's a pretty ring!
The second item I purchased was the Aurous Gold Destinèe Ring, It did seem to take some time to get to me but I think it was probably about three weeks but I was very impatient as I was very much looking forward to it and when I opened the box, I really was speechless it's a beautiful ring,simply stunning, The brilliance in the sparkle is just incredible and the craftsmanship is utterly wonderful, I would truly recommend that as an engagement ring for somebody, I've been married for 10 years and I'm just trying to build up a small collection of pieces that don't cost the earth but I can wear out and about without feeling guilt.
My third purchase is the Satéur Bleu Héritier Ring, it’s totally huge and a stunning aquamarine colour two beautiful little diamonds either side and it’s very heavy so it’s a big chunky ring so you actually feel that you’re getting your money worth and again stunning workmanship and craftsmanship, would 100% recommend I’m a blue girl and I am a very happy with this purchase.

If i could ensure nobody else buys from this company ever again, I would.

order placed on 26th Jan. Product only arrived on 24th March.

The ring doesnt have any interior stamp to verify its 18k, just a SATEUR stamp which means nothing. Courier came from Hong Kong so it has nothing to do with Paris or US either.

ring itself too small, and before it even arrived I repeatedly asked for a refund and they said they couldnt as it hadnt arrived yet, well now i have received it, a month too late, i immediately asked to return it in exact condition and packging for full refund and they refused. didnt even care that its 2 sizes too small.

ring looks like cheap costume jewellery, which is why they say dont wear it in shower etc. All ACTUAL real gold or real silver you can wear in water!!!!!!!!!

avoid this fraudulent scam company at all costs.

The rings I ordered were beautiful, simply stunning quality. The look on my now fiancee face was worth a thousand lifetimes of happiness. Well worth the purchase on the rings. The gems this company uses are top notch and look just as beautiful as a real top diamond. I will be spending birthdays, anniversaries, and Christmas's on more pieces to add to her collection. And guys don't think the men's rings are not up there. I plan to get my ring from here as well.

Very disappointed and frustrating… it’s been 14 days since receiving the email that I can receive in any day, until this day almost a month from buying, NOTHING is arriving

I placed an order February 23,2026.received conformation . Received numerous updates. March 7,2026 received email stating my order was in transit. I’ve still not received my order and beginning to think this is a scam. I requested a tracking number. The shipping company has not received the items as of March 20,2026.
