Appalling service. Took months at a time to reply and very unprofessional. Worse legal firm I have ever come across. Staff are rude and unpleasant and looking only to make a quick buck. They proved that they will do anything for cash, even sell their own grandparents! If I could rate this -100000 I would. Definitely do not recommend this underhand firm.

Very poor experience

I instructed Satchell Moran under a no win no fee agreement for a civil claim which they later valued at up to £5,000 in 2024.

I was extremely concerned by the handling of the case, including the Letter of Claim initially being sent to the wrong police force, delays involving Counsel, changes of fee earner and protective proceedings being issued at limitation.

I was never made aware that costs had risen anywhere near £20,000 during the retainer.

I have since been presented with a costs claim of £23,088.64, including £1,599 for preparing and checking the costs schedule itself.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone using this firm to ask for regular written costs updates and to make sure they fully understand the financial consequences of ending a CFA.

I would strongly advise not to instruct them at all.

This matter is now with the Legal Ombudsman and the Solicitors Regulation Authority, who will consider the evidence and determine the issues raised.

I will publish the outcome of those processes when the findings become available.

This Government Based company is Just Like Every Other Government system there to stuff money in there own packets they dont and refuse to help with police brutality or medical negligence its a currpeted system dont get ur hopes up if ur idea is to get justice against a goverment based system because these wont help you at all peace out everyone and God Loves you soo do I Amen
