Stor-All Self Storage Arvostelua 

It seems like every quarter over the past year or so you keep finding way to justify raising the rates. Some of us have been with you for a long time. Yet we gat no credit for being loyal customers. Soon you are going to force us to find other options. Give us a @##$$%%^ break!

We have been using Stor-All for about 5+ years and we have no problems with storing all of our business equipment. The customers representatives have been so gracious in helping with our needs.

All questions are answered clearly and professionally.
Staff is very friendly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Showed me all of my rental options and helped me decide what I needed. Also had all of the supplies I needed to purchase for my move.

Very clean. The managers of the storage facility that I use are are great. I've been there since September of 2011 and on 2 occasions I didn't lock my unit properly. The manager called me so In could fix it. I'm grateful. I highly recommend this company.

Excelent service and very clean place.

The staff is awesome and I love the chats with Mildred when I pay my bill. However, the rates are high and they just increased so now it's even harder to pay just to keep your items in storage.

Was satisfied with price and had a recent price increase. I feel could probably get a better deal elsewhere.

The team at the Downtown location are very helpful and the storage units are clean and secure. It is easily accessible as well! I highly recommend the Stor-All Downtown self-storage service.

I think it is a terrible business model that when I have a problem or concern that i cannot talk with someone at the corporate level. It is the only company I have ever dealt with in my 31 years of being in business that does not give me the opportunity to speak to a corporate employee.

Secondly and just as concerning how is it that when my payment is due on the 1st of the month even before the close of business (on the 1st) I am locked out of my unit (because i am considered "late"). Any other bill i have (ie car or house payment, credit card payment) gives me till the close of business on the day the payment is due before I am considered late. I would ask that someone from the corporate office call my office with an explanation to the "payment due" issue. You have my office number on file. Thank you!

The office staff (Mike) is great. But I've actually been a Storall tenant since Sonny (Mike's predecessor) back in 2005. That's 10 years.

It would be nice to receive a {%} discount on my bill for my loyalty of 10 years; creating a loyalty club.

The loyalty club could offer VIP'ers (like me) gift cards. The loyalty club could offer discounts for another anniversary with StorAll, anything to make customers feel valued.

Overall, it great, I just dint feel appreciated as a customer.

The facility was first class. The only complaint was the price. I thought the price was a little high.

I've been with them for maybe 3yrs and they have gone up 3 time. What's up with that?

I like the location & the units are nice. However, in 5 years my 5 x 10 unit has nearly doubled in rent. It has happened so much I'ved lost count. Also, the location I'm at (Newcut in Louisville, Ky) charges me more than the price listed on the website. Other than the inflated cost, I haven't had many problems there.

When I first started my contract with this storage facility the price was average compared to the market, however, there have been several increases and the cost now is too high.

Convenient location situated right on the bus line. I wish they offered covered storage for oversize vehicles such as motorhomes. I would willingly pay double what I am paying now if they offered this service. I wish someone would sweep away some of the debris that is littering the outside storage area.

When I was searching for a storage unit, I checked out a couple of places. Stor-All self storage was no doubt the best one I had found. The man helping me was so kind and helpful. The unit was just the perfect size and the price was just right. Moving my belongings into storage was so easy with the free truck and easily accessible unit. I highly recommend this storage unit to everyone and am lucky I found people I could trust with my belongings.
