Ordered my niece's birthday present a little late and didn't think it would come in time. Paid for speedy delivery and emailed the customer service team to see if there was any chance that the item could be processed a little faster as they take a few days to make the item. Jenny got back to say that she'd marked it as urgent and it arrived the next day. Great service and saved the day for an unorganised uncle that didn't want to disappoint by turning up empty handed to a birthday party! :)

I've ordered matching t-shirts for my boyfriend and I for our anniversary. It was a last minute decision so felt it quite late.... contacted the team at Sassy Spud to see if they can help and they sure did! They were lovely to deal with and the t-shirts arrived next day! Absolutely love the sweatshirts, I had a slight problem with the clothing label being detached from the collar of the item and a few missing stitches when it arrived but a quick message to them and was promptly sent a replacement, very good customer service.

Amazing! I ordered a top the for a present which ended up being the wrong size. It was outside of the 30 day returns but they were happy to exchange it and send the right size asap. Amazing customer service!!

Amazing service - so prompt and friendly, and managed to help me with a surprise gift and source the right size. One of the best companies I’ve come across for service recently!

Love my new shirts. The fabric is nice and heavy, but not stiff and the embroidery is lovely. Also the customer service is on point. I got sent a wrong size by accident and they send me the right one without me returning anything, so I gifted one to a friend and did not need to run to the post office.

Avoid at all costs. I returned an item with tracked delivery and since then they have ignored all my emails. Quality of sweatshirts is cheap and the customer service is awful. They won’t refund me or acknowledge my emails. I am having to pursue a refund through my credit card company. They sell “ethical” clothes and run the most unethical business

Ordered a sweatshirt that was worn & washed twice. After the 2nd wash white fluff appeared poking through a seam on the neck. Contacted Sassy Spud,provided photos & after a few emails was advised to pull the fluff out. This would have caused permanent damage to the sweatshirt. No refund offered. Disappointed as this was a treat to myself. Was made to feel it was my fault & that it couldn't possibly be an error on their part as white fluff,cotton, etc isn't used on the item which is there & very visible!! Date of experience approximate.

Best customer care out there!
I have ordered many times and always super happy with purchases. I didn't want to miss out on the fantastic offer they had on but was worried that it would be delivered while i was away. I placed the order and the lovely Jenny delayed delivery for when I was home to save it being dumped in the safe place that is the bin! Amazing quality as always and loving the candyfloss pink colour. I sized up this time to a medium for a more relaxed fit - I'm a 12 top. Ordered the wrong size jumpers I only noticed a few days later what I had done. I emailed sassyspud to see what they could do and they were so helpful they changed the sizes no problem! I was honestly expecting me to have to return them when they arrived and cost me more money so when I heard the response I was delighted!! 5 star customer service it’s my second time ordering from here will be back!😁

This company has literally the BEST customer service I have ever come across!!!

I've been wanting to buy one of their items for a while now and unfortunately, when the day came for me to actually purchase it, they had discontinued the product to make space for new items.

However, when asking about this on the website's chat bot, I was speaking with Indre and she said she would quickly double-check if they still had any in their inventory, and they did!! So she quickly switched them back on on the website shop so I could order one for myself.

I am so so so so grateful, and honestly couldn't recommend more!

I’ve placed a few orders with Sassy Spud now, for t-shirts, joggers and jumpers. I really love the quality of the items, always well made to last with their fun embroidered logos. I had to exchange an item once and the process was easy and friendly. I especially like the unisex fit.

It’s my second order I’ve ordered 3 T-shirts and a jumper. Big fan of the ‘Dont be a P***’ logo. Great quality and I’ve seen a new logo I’m a fan of so will be getting some more items soon.

Customer service is the best I’ve witnessed actually reply with good conversation (not your typical Robot replies.) keep up the great work and standards.

I ordered my sweatshirt when the postal service strikes had just started, so I was expecting a delay - I did check in with the sassy spud team as it was taking a long time to arrive and they were so helpful, checking on my item rather than just saying there’s a strike on - not our fault. When it did arrive I was really pleased with my choice lovely fit and quality - it’s my new favourite. Will definitely order from them again.
