Ordered a few times before, no issues. They have changed their name as well on Instagram. Placed an order and never received item. Contacted on all forms.. No reply.

I have ordered from here many times before and it’s been brilliant but this time i am still waiting for 1 of my cases and I have no updates what so ever

I never received my order and have had no reply from emails or texts I’ve sent.

Terrible company, I ordered the wrong size case so emailed and WhatsApp them, no reply and now they have sent the wrong case! No customer service at all!!

I was sent the wrong phone case and I have tried to get in contact with yous for 2 weeks on Instagram what’sapp and email but no one has got back to me.

Do not order from Sassy Online. I paid £20 for a iPhone 12 Pro case and got sent a different model, can’t be used as the camera holes are covered. I have tried contacting their ‘customer service’ email and they respond with this email is no longer in use. Tried calling, messaging and Instagram - NO response! Terrible company and over priced for the quality of the case

Ordered my phone case over 3 weeks ago, only got delivered 2 days ago! Tried contacting customer service, email not working, no response to any whatsapp or instagram messages either. When I put the case on, it doesn't even fit my phone! Correct size, but the corner doesn't click into place. Absolutely appalled at this service and product, will not be using again and do not reccommend. Waste of £20.

I have sent sassy 16 messages regarding a faulty phone case they sent me and they will not respond to me. It’s so infuriating.

Placed an order on the 15th April for a phone case. I have messaged twice on Instagram and no reply but they are posting in there story. Have messaged on WhatsApp and emailed them and now all of a sudden their email is currently not being monitored. Don’t think I will get them item and not think I will get my money back. Order from them before and had no problems but this time round you can’t get ahold of them

Awful. Ordered a case in November, have emailed and DM’d multiple times, with no response since 12/02. In February they refunded me 50% and told me my new case had been made and shipped to me, which was obviously a lie. Disappointed that Lidia has a collection with a business that lies and steals from customers

Ordered a phone case on the 13th March and still waiting they dont respond to emails whatsapp the number you ring says its not available DISGUSTING AVOID Do not pay for anything

Completely disappointing. My auntie ordered me a phone case as a gift from SassyUK and they sent the wrong one, accepted liability for the issue and said they would send a new one right away (this was back in the middle of February and it’s now April). After contacting the company via email to ask for an update they stopped responding to emails that my auntie sent asking for an order update so I messaged them on Instagram with all the order details and again SassyUK accepted liability and said a new case would be sent out immediately. I messaged a week later asking for another order update and I haven’t had a response since.

FOLLOW UP: I have now been contacted by SassyUK. They have stated the order has now been shipped, and that I will receive a 50% refund. They explained they are short staffed which I can totally appreciate but a simple email explaining the situation to me would’ve resolved it. I am now satisfied with the situation (if the order arrives) however this did take 2 months to resolve.

Ordered 4 cases in November 2020, awful quality and looked pixelated. Messaged back and forth was told I could have a refund then I couldn’t. They offered to replace the cases, this was in December. Told to pick the cases as replacements I had to chase 3 times to see if they had been sent as I kept getting told they would be shipped. March 2021 I received 1 case!!! Avoid - awful company and shocking customer service.

after having received a case from here as a gift previously when I got a new phone it was the first place I looked, I ordered a case on 25/12 which appeared ‘shipped’ when tracked but never delivered, I contacted about this and was informed another would be sent however the same thing happened again. After emailing again following this I was then told it was due to stock issues and was offered a refund on 11/02 - I still have not received my money back, I have also emailed again since then and have not received a reply!! Absolutely shocking customer service

Never received my item, ordered on the 16th of jan it’s currently 12th match, I’ve emailed many times wanting a refund and had no reply will not be ordering from here again!!!

The Statement case I bought it honestly the most stunning case ever! Not cheap at all and is really touch and protects my phone really well! The print and glossy finish is to die for and I endlessly get compliments for it! 11/10 case! Couldn’t recommend more!

My phone case arrived so quickly and the quality was amazing! I will definitely be ordering from there again
