Parcel never arrived. Tried contacting them but heard nothing back. Have gone through my bank for a refund.

Haven’t revived my parcel, emailed and messaged on Instagram no reply. Awful customer service.
I would recommend putting your money elsewhere.

Received notification of dispatch on 21/08 & am still without my order on 02/09. No further communication from the supplier and when looking at their website, it simply says cannot be contacted until it has been 10-14 working days since dispatch. Which is made even more irritating receiving requests for feedback when you’ve not got what you’re being asked to review.

Ordered a product on 19th August, and am I still yet to receive it. Contacted them on multiple occasions, no response and now the website is unavailable!!

I never received my order and they don’t reply to direct messages. Do not order they won’t send it I will get my money back from the bank.

Absolutely awful service. Ordered 3 weeks ago and still not recieved yet. Will not be ordering again

absolutely the worst customer service i have ever received. took a month for me to even receive notification that the phone case had been shipped, this was after me sending message after message to their instagram (as directed to do so on their website). they constantly ignored my instagram messages until i said i would be taking it further. hands down will never order from here again or recommend it. still haven’t received my parcel a week after i’ve received notification it had been supposedly shipped.

Absolute scammers! Stay away from this company, ordered over two months ago now still not received anything. Been lied to on instagram saying it’s been shipped but it hasn’t. Used to be a great company before it got taken over and rebranded now it’s a load of crap!

Absolutely awful, order these items in January and have never received them. Have tried to make contact through all forms or social media, with no reply. This company has been taken out of my bank account and I have nothing to show for it. I am absolutely disgusted with this company.
I will never use this website again.

I ordered a phone case on the 3rd of December 2021, the website said it will be with you in 2 weeks, after 3 weeks I reached out to find where my order is because I hadn’t even been told it had shipped. They ignored my messages for weeks and weeks and I asked for a refund as they never sent the product I paid for, they agreed they would let me have a refund in February and then never gave me one. It is currently june and I still never received my order or my refund after probably 40 messages I’ve sent them asking for it.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had with any company. Didn’t even receive my order, after me emailing them twice weeks after the order was due to be delivered I only got an automated email back. I messaged them on Instagram and didn’t receive a response. Had to go through a long process to get my money back. If I could give 0 stars I would.
