the best phone cases 😍😍 amazing quality and protective for your phone I’ve dropped my phone so many times and it doesn’t have a scratch!!

I had the wrong case sent from the one I ordered so I contacted sassy online I did this by Instagram and via email. They replied by saying they had resent my correct case however 2 months later it has still not arrived and when continuously messaging them asking for the whereabouts of my order and the fact I want a refund I am now getting ignored. So unprofessional and unresponsive, never ordering from here again what a waste of my time and money for something that could’ve been so easily resolved.

I have two phone cases so far from sassyonlineuk and I absolutely love them both!! they’re super sturdy, and they have the most gorgeous designs; honestly I’ve never received so many compliments or people asking where my phone case is from before! highly recommend them, always 🤩🤍

ordered phone cases on black friday, was forced to pay £5 shipping for some reason, and they havent arrived 3 weeks later. Shocking.

Still waiting for my iPhone 12 case after waiting a week of saying it’s on its way :/

Terrible service. Ordered beginning of November and never answered my emails until I left a bad review on here. Item arrived today however I can’t even use the case because the lock buttons don’t work when you have the case on the phone as it doesn’t work. Case comes with two parts and even if you take it off it doesn’t fit the phone alone. Not happy and will take ages to get a reply. Don’t bother wasting your money :)

I had buy a case about over 1 month. There was a fail in the order and I write an mail that I need the case for the iPhone XR, NOT FOR IPHONE 11 Max Pro. But sassy online had sent me 2 times the wrong size. Although me was approved, that my order was correct. I want my money per PayPal back but the company don’t answer my mails (over 20mails!!!)

Terrible experience. Ordered Xs MAX case but came in wrong size. Emailed them about it where I got a quick response but one month later still haven’t received a replacement case and i’ve sent 3 more emails with no response.

Do not order, I placed an order on the 7th Nov, shipped a few days later, still not received, tracking does not work, sent numerous emails ans still no reply. Very disappointing as the phone case was a Xmas present for my daughter.

Bought for iPhone 12, stunning case but sadly the rubber lining of the tough case is too big and therefore when snapping on the plastic the case doesn’t fit the phone and I don’t think it would protect the phone. Otherwise fast delivery and pretty design.

Worse company ever!! Ordered a case only to receive someone else’s order!
I have sent three emails and no reply!!!
