Simple to use, great for beginners, even easier for UAE residents. Sarwa Help team is kind and efficient when you get to connect with them.
However, I raised a security question on a Sunday night and here I am on the day after at 4PM, after 2 reminders plus connecting over whatsapp as well as email, and still no answer from the Help team. What a shame.

One of the worst app that this guys have.
Secondly one of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I don't recommend this app to anyone.

What I hate is that they don't have web based trading. The app needs lot of improvement, it's too basic. The advantage for UAE people is that there are no conversion/deposit/withdrawal fees and I hope this remains the same in the future.

Sarwa was recommended to me by my friend who uses it for 5 years. I just started and was amazed with the professionalism of the financial advisors especially Akshay Iyer who explained everyting in details. I look forward to cooperating with Sarwa for long years.

The advisor, Amen, was not only comprehensive and transparent, but also broke down the concepts fully to my untrained mind, and was able to show me the best strategy according to my goals.

I had a consultation session with Akshay. He provided insightful feedback and was able to clarify and answer all of my concerns. Have not completed my registration with Sarwa though.

Very poor customer service - no support for withdrawal of funds from Interactive broker platform - No phone number are able to reach them for getting any clarification.
Not understanding the clients requirement, gave a request for withdrawal of funds on 6th May 2024 - still not received the funds. Even after sending reminder mail and call - No response from the Sarwa team.
Very bitter experience while trying to get the funds back after investment.

They are charging very high commission on buying and selling so you will lose your money on the long term.
