Had a great experience with Jasper at Sartorialista. I received a message in advance confirming that my requested items were ready to try on. The in-house shop looks fantastic, featuring high-quality products from the best British and Italian brands. Jasper took plenty of time for the fitting, and it was no problem to adjust items to a different size. I’ll definitely return when I’m looking for something special again (soon)!

I'm a returning customer. While the quality of the clothes is what brought me to the site, the quality of help and support is what got me to return. Casper is a legend, with the help offered and simplicity of the whole process, while keeping the personal service we want when buying high level products.

An exceptional experience from start to finish. I stumbled across Satoralista while browsing for ties for an upcoming wedding, and ended up picking out two beautiful pieces—one from Drake’s and the other from Kiton—from a large selection of mainly Italian and British ties. I contacted Caspar via WhatsApp with some questions and he recorded a great, thoughtful video showing some of my preferred ties and pockets squares paired with a similar suit. This turned out to be really helpful. The ties are exactly as described, beautiful and in fantastic shape, and I'm sure I'll enjoy them for a long time to come.

I was in a bit of a rush and unable to visit the showroom and Caspar offered to drop them off—and personally brought the items to my doorstep within a few hours.

De kwaliteit is top en het voelt goed om iets te kopen dat een tweede leven krijgt. Het persoonlijke kaartje bij de bestelling vond ik echt een leuke touch. So here is the new title: Deeply Misrepresented Garment, Trust Lost

I purchased a Canali suit described as "gently worn" and in "excellent condition with crisp structure." What I received was a heavily worn garment with ingrained biological odor, significant discoloration in the trouser lining, and embedded oils throughout. The condition was far removed from what was promised.

After raising my concerns, I was met with polite language but no meaningful ownership. A €100 refund was offered, which wouldn’t cover dry cleaning, time, or damage to trust. A return was accepted, but the cost of disappointment and wasted effort remained mine to carry.

I write this not out of malice, but to correct the public record. A refined tone and polished words must be matched by integrity in product and service. In this case, they were not.

Overall exceptional experience with Sartorialista. Casper promptly answered all of my questions concerning a garment that I had inquired about. The shipment arrived in a timely fashion.
The cherry on top was the subtle scent of the package.
