Adaptor problem solved promptly.
I ordered and received a Power Sphere but without the appropriate adaptor.This was my error by not stipulating that I needed it.However after contacting James I received a prompt reply and he organised one for me freight free and with a heavy discount.I am grateful for the attention and can't wait to try it out when I receive the adaptor.
They can show many a company or two about good prompt service.

Customer service saves the day.
Customer service for Sanrico is very prompt and accommodating to mail order problems. I live in a rural area where USPS does not deliver mail to my house. The product I ordered does not fit inside a P. O . Box so the post office would not accept. Contact with customer service made things right.

While it was difficult to find customer service on the website, they were extremely responsive and found my missing UPS order and corrected it in two days!! No that’s how you ‘run a railroad’ and my stepfather used to say. I will shop here again. Also their drill bits worked as advertised.

Adapter fit issue.
The adapter we ordered with the spherical grinder was not usable....the threading had a serious flaw. James responded within 12 hours and a new adapter will be shipped soon! Thanks.

I received my order for the powersphere…
I received my order for the powersphere and was super excited to use it. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one without the adapter. I contacted customer service and they explained what I did wrong. They sent me the correct link to get the adapter and assured me they would have out to me the next day. My questions were answered, my first order arrived early and the customer service I received was outstanding.
