terrible service
I have made an order on the 07.10 with confirmation from Sanitino that the order will be shipped within 5 days. We are now on 20.10 and no update from Sanitino and no means of reaching their customer service except for email. Phone number auto message says there is no agent at all, chat is on for 30 min but no agent....and the order was paid in full.
Later edit: i managed to reach an agent on the chat and cancel my order. still terrible service since Sanitino should have reach out immediately when the knew they would not be able to deliver on commitment.

This information is stated on our website before the order is placed, and therefore the indicated 5-day timeframe was not a guaranteed delivery commitment.
Unfortunately, supplier availability and delivery to our warehouse can sometimes change, which may result in the estimated timeframe being extended.
However, we fully agree that you should have been informed proactively once it became clear that the original estimate could not be met. We sincerely apologize that this did not happen and also for the difficulty you experienced when trying to reach our customer service.

discrepancy regarding my order
Disappointing experience. The website clearly advertises free shipping for this item, and it is still listed as free online right now. However, I was still charged a delivery fee upon payment. I used to think highly of this shop, but charging for a service that is explicitly listed as free is not correct. I hope they refund the fee and fix this issue.

Free delivery is available only for Locker and Parcel Shop delivery options. Delivery directly to a physical address is subject to a separate shipping fee.
All available delivery methods and their respective prices are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is confirmed, so the customer can choose the preferred option in advance.
If you would prefer the free Locker or Parcel Shop delivery option, we can certainly check whether the delivery method can still be adjusted.

Ne pare rău pentru situația întâmpinată. Reclamația dvs. este în curs de soluționare, suntem în legătură cu dvs. și cazul se află încă în termenul de procesare.
Înțelegem nemulțumirea cauzată de faptul că soluția finală nu a fost încă oferită, însă am aprecia dacă evaluarea ar reflecta întregul proces de soluționare, inclusiv comunicarea și demersurile efectuate până în prezent, nu doar faptul că reclamația nu este încă finalizată.
