Nightmare on Customer Services!!!!
If you have a problem with your product, it will take forever to get it solved!!!!!
I was one of the early one to backed this project, right before they started shipping out the product, they send an email out for any upgrade or extra accessories to add on. So I decided to switch from corded to wireless version and paid the extra cost. When I finally received the Sandsara, they send me the wrong version (corded). Oct 28th I emailed them they send me the wrong version
Oct 30th Sandsara suggested to send me the battery (for wireless version) replacement, so I can install it myself.
Nov 5th I requested an update.
Nov 6th I was told they will ship out the replacement battery next week.
Nov 19th Been 2 weeks, so I request for tracking number.
Nov 20th Replied saying the battery is out of stock and will be in-stock within the same week. (why it takes 2 weeks to find out the battery is out of stocks)
Dec 1st No battery received, so I request an update! No reply
Dec 2nd Getting frustrated, so I request an update again!
Dec 3rd Replied saying battery cannot be shipped because shipping restriction. Suggest me to ship the whole package back to China for replacement. No postal info attached. (in this case why not provide postal info)
Dec 4th I request for postal info to ship back the package, and mention about will shipping cost will be "payment upon delivery" since it is not my fault. No reply.
Dec 10th I request info again. No reply
Dec 13th I request info again. No reply
Dec 17th I request info again. No reply
Dec 20th Address finally provided. (it took 16 days just to provide a return address) The same day I request approval for payment upon delivery. No reply again.
Dec 29th I request exact company name info in order to ship payment upon delivery.
Dec 31st Company name provided
Jan 6th Sandsara confirmed received return package.
Jan 15th Request replacement (correct product) shipment tracking
Jan 20th Request me to confirm the shipping address. I replied back the same day.
Jan 22nd I request for tracking info again. No reply
Jan 25th I request for tracking info again.
Jan 28th Suddenly, they said my returned item was damaged. Asking if it was caused by me and will send it back to me by tomorrow. Same day I replied I have not even used the product once, I only took it out of the package and found out it was to wrong version and it was shipped back with all original packaging. So I told them they should claim the shipping company for damage. Please do not send me back with a damaged product. Then No Reply again
Feb 9th I request update again. No Reply
Feb 11th I request another update again.
Feb 17th Replied saying will send me the tracking after Chinese New Year Holiday (which is Feb 26th)
This is very very frustrating and disappointing. The whole process has been dragging for almost 5 months and I don't even know when I will received the product. I will update here again when they finally ship out the product (hope it will be the correct version with no damage)
