S&R Jewellers Arvostelua

Went to buy a bracelet. The seller had no idea about the bracelet jewellery house I had to explain her what it was , well done for the expertise!, I was quite fast as I knew what I wanted. While I was paying a couple came in to retrieve a watch. The store “owner” needed a space, the other table was occupied so she stand in front of me so that I could hurry to pay.Not to say that I thought that it was appalling that an expensive jewellery had so poor manners. So this rude women “owner “ stands in front of me to rush me out. Of course now the jewellery was paid!
Conclusion: I will never ever put foot in there again.

Had a great experience shopping with them online. The delivery was super fast and they even called me to let me know it was on its way. Thank you so much.

They were friendly and helpful from the outside and I'm really happy with the purchase. A great price too and arrived safely by special delivery

I purchased a beautiful tag watch, I was called almost instantly to tell me they couldn’t find the box or papers but they give me a discount so I accepted.
Due to this I sent off to tag to get it a basic service to confirm authenticity, this is £80….
Tag contacted me to say the watch is damaged, not working properly and will cost £390 to fix, I emailed these and heard nothing back so went ahead with repair as I’d have to lose £80 for the initial send in anyway. The seller have told me I should have sent it back to them to check and repair, considering they missed the fault when they had it, I don’t really trust that process and expect a manufacture repair as warranty anyway. So no refund for the cost I have incurred at all. I am then told that they were selling the watch for someone else, the warranty is with them.. makes the initial box and paper story seem a little bit suspect to me and tbh I wouldn’t buy from them again, real shame

Excellent customer service, very responsive & order received promptly the next day. Earrings are beautiful, would highly recommend

theylook after me on a professional wall together it was great doing business with them a good deal on my purchase, with courtesy

I placed an order on Friday afternoon. And I received the order next day on Saturday by special delivery. I was so happy to receive it so quickly.
And the jewellery I received was exactly described on the website.

This is the second piece of jewellery that I have purchased from this company.
The customer service is extremely good, I dealt a lot with Jeanette who was extremely helpful and efficient.
This time I took advantage of the part exchange which was handy.
The package arrived well packed with necessary documentation very quickly.
I love the necklace, I highly recommend this jewellers.

I had a lovely experience purchasing a ring, Sam from the online team was very helpful. My order arrived well packaged, better than I expected and the day after placing! Can’t wait to order again 🤍

Very speedy delivery nicely packed kept well informed item as described

Found the new bracelet and purchased it, hassle free, arrived although it didn’t have a certificate which I already knew about prior to making the purchase. My only concern was wound it fit and it did. I’m not selling it anytime soon.

Well informed person who checked out any questions I had

Really helpful staff, item arrived swiftly .
Delighted with purchase .

Really good customer service.
Spoke to Harvey on the phone who guided me through the procedures for part exchanging my watch very well.
Unfortunately the watch I ordered wasn't quite what I had imagined, and the procedure for a refund was swift and easy.
Would highly recommend purchasing from this company.

Made a purchase online and was called afterwards to let me know when my item would be dispatched. I don’t normally get that with online purchases.

I bought an item that I’d wanted for a decade. S&R not only offered the best price I could find on the market, but excellent service and great communication. It would be wrong not to provide a review for such a good service. Thank you.

Really great experience ,with a wonderfull team they took care of us in an amazing way, really professional ,thank you all.

Being able to make an appointment to view the item I was interested in and being looked after by Ruth made the purchase an enjoyable experience.

Great service and super fast delivery!

This is my second purchase from this Jewellers. A rather significant purchase this time. There were issues with delivery due to FedEx, but they sent the item via Royal Mail, special drlivery, fully insured and it arrived safely the next morning. It is always a worry spending/handing over that amount of money for an item you've not seen in person from a retailer you have never visited and is miles away. But the staff were friendly , polite, helpful and reassuring. The piece, when it arrived, did not disappoint. It came beautifully and securely packaged.
I would highly recommend them as a trusted jewellers selling exceptional high end preloved pieces at more achievable and realistic prices.
