Although Sandjest produces a novel idea for products their coffee tumbler lid broke after one wash in the dishwasher. Repeated contacts with their support team have yielded no result in any type of replacement, even though I have offered to pay for a replacement. Their product was a gift from two students, and now the joy of them seeing me using their gift has been lost! Shame on you Sandjest!

The company was very obtuse about the personalization. It took three times before they even realized what I wanted. A simple name should not have taken three submissions to get right.

I ordered 2 personalized mugs for my Grandsons Christmas gift and the mugs themselves are nice but the personalized name on both mugs was very weak and small. I am very disappointed. Would not order anything else from this Company. The orders preview I saw did not look like what I received.
