I have known Sandeep Nath for over 25 years, initially
as an innovative thought leader and communications expert (IIT and IIM alumnus) and was really creative in his work. Now, I realise the journey he has been through in the last decade or so and understand that he has combined the ancient wisdom of India (Vedic culture of meditation and #chakrahealing, China (#qigong) and Japan (#reikihealing) and applied them all to the modern corporate world to relieve stress and increase productivity. Sandeep introduced me to Reiki when I was recovering from traumatic optic neuropathy in the left eye in addition to a multiple fracture in the left wrist. He did this with great ease and scientific temperament and now I finished Qigong for beginners course from him in Teachable. Sandeep is an inspirational teacher and an inner power coach who can not only help you realise your full potential and mental wellbeing but also contribute to an indirect role for you in saving the planet from #climatechange and #biodiversity crises which have become existential crises for humankind.

Its been a delight receiving short notes to stay energized and positive throughout the day. Thanks to Sandeep's constant "checkup" (as I'd like to call it) every morning, I am able to keep my emotions in check and vibe positivity throughout my day.

An amazing human being, friend and coach. Someone who I could trust blindly after the first conversation, who was and is there whenever I need to unravel the multitude of thoughts in my head and help me regain my focus and clarity on my vision. A SENSE OF WHOLENESS MADE STRONGER

This course has been life transforming for me. The practices are easy and powerful. Just working with energy and allowing it to free flow through my body by doing the practices taught in the course has been beneficial for me not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. While doing the practices I have experienced feeling immediate shifts in emotional states and mindsets that were followed by a sense of ease and bliss involving an instant let go to occur naturally. That helped me feel empowered beyond words can describe, impacted the decisions and choices I was to make in the present making them so much better than what I was contemplating making, prior to engaging in the practice schedule each day. The practices are powerful, they enhance one's connection with their own self in a profound way, I've met myself in a whole new way during engaging in the practices and post the practice schedule for the day.

Above is my experience as applicable to my individual life based on me undergoing pretty challenging set of emotions and thoughts in the last one month. This course has been a blessing that helped me feel uplifted and energised every time i did the practices taught in it. I'm sure many more benefits from the practices given in this course would be making their way into my conscious awareness and will reveal themselves in due course.

great learning and in a new way, wow a good perspective

I went through the blue print course to understand, de-code and counter stress in Life.
It did not only serve my purpose but helped me with bonus' to understand emotions, time management, mind control, Spirituality, meditation, different view points etc from energy point of view which is very healing and rewarding.

Learning new things and it was fantastic.

The program is not only beneficial for stress but for all our interactions with the world at large. I recommend it for us as individuals to become better, healthier and happier human beings!
