When I tried to open an investment…

When I tried to open an investment account in Europe, I was flagged due to OFAC-related restrictions. I had no idea why - it turned out my name was mistakenly associated with someone on the SDN list. The team behind explained what happened and drafted a response to OFAC to clarify the situation. It took several weeks, but my name was eventually cleared. Definitely worth reaching out to them early.

Our family business was sanctioned…

Our family business was sanctioned under OFAC regulations following an investigation we weren't even part of. Banks closed our accounts, and supplier backed out. I was added to the OFAC SDN list due to…

I was added to the OFAC SDN list due to alleged ties with a sanctioned company. My U.S. assets were frozen overnight, and I couldn't even pay my legal fees.
