I've had three lymphatic drainage/massages now and I feel so much better! I can see and feel such a difference and I definitely plan to continue. This was just what I needed.

Ikke imponeret af massagen her. Mekanisk og ude af stand til at ændre tryk fra hårdt til mindre hårdt. Heller ikke en særlig venlig massør, hun kommunikerede ikke med mig Ærgerligt da jeg bor tæt på og godt kunne bruge en regelmæssig massage.

Very nice and calm atmosphere.
Adina took her time (in a good way) to listen and she knew what we needed to focus on during the massage.
I felt like being in very competent hands. It was not to "soft" either - I could definitely feel it in my body afterwards, in a good way

Tager virkelig fat og har hos mig ramt helt rigtigt alle gange.
Jeg er kommet hver uge 1 gang ugentlig i 4 uger. Jeg var og er meget meget låst og stram i nakke, ryg pg hals og jeg kan mærke en god forbedring. Allerede efter 1 behandling gav massagen en oplevelse af at hele ryg og skulderparti var åbnet op fra at være helt lukket af spændinger.
Jeg vil til hver en tid anbefale Adina !

I would recommend Sanara-Adina for the medium/deep tissue and legs massages (I havenot tried the other treatments). With 1 massage, my back was completely relaxed and less tense. But what I highly appreciate is the way Adina interact with the customer’s needs. She cares for the needs and will adjust the treatment accordingly. She also helps with some suggestions to support the massage effects. In my case she recommeded some vitamins I can take and things I can do to help to flex my leg muscles. She is very knowledgeable. I will definitely come again.

Adina er super dygtig. Jeg har gået hos hende i flere år. Hun forstår at hjælpe med nakkepine og andre smerter. Andre gange kan det bare være enormt afslappende at få en dybdegående massage også selvom det ikke er for at slippe for en nakkepine.
