Very poor service
Very poor service. I ordered a TV. They contacted me and said it could only be delivered on Tuesdays. I can take delivery any Monday, Friday (or Saturday or Sunday), but never on Tuesdays.
They had no way to fix this and gave me a hard time about cancelling my order.

Worst online shopping experience! I ordered gift, a month prior to Christmas. Waited for few weeks and samsung did not give an update or explanation. I had to contact them for them to take an action. They emailed me and informing me that the item I picked is out of stock. Samsung then give me an option to choose a different color. I did pick my choice, after that still no update or follow up. waited for couple of weeks still no updatw. Again I had to contact them again flr them to give me follow up. Waited for 2 months and contacted thwm multiple times for them to cancel my order then asked me again to re-order the items. Samsung kept saying that the item i picked is out of stock but then I was able to ordee the same product. Now the item was delivered but unfortunately no one is home and cannot wait all day for the deliver. Now I need to pick up the item far from my home. I now have to commute far just to get the item I ordered online in a snowy weather. It jist defeat the purpose why I ordered the item online and deliver to my house in the firat place. Worst experience ever.

I bought S23+ and I start using it on New Year after working approximately a week the phone start giving me hard time data dropping and I even bought Samsung Care for it. I took the phone to the Samsung and they said we’re gonna repair it. I told them the phone is defective they said OK we fix it and I expect the new device because I pay for it they didn’t accept and they didn’t honour It. I have also iPhone iPhone is totally different the hundred percent look after you I talk to customer relations on Samsung I feel totally ripped off by them.
Never buy anything online from them for advice.
Selling repackaged goods as New
I liked Samsung products, and thought I would buy a samsung TV for christmas. I bought a nice 75" TV ordered it Nov. to beat the holiday rush. Delivery guys dropped it off, no evidence of damage, wrapped it up, and waited for xmas to give it to her. She was thrilled, but holidays are a busy time, so I didn t have time to install it for her until the 31st.
Did everything right, was careful, as I ve done this many times before.. installed wall mount, brackets on TV before pulling it out of styrofoam casing... lifted carefully and saw that the TV had a small crack at bottom of the screen. The only way this could have happened is that someone took it out of box, damaged it and returned it. This means that Samsung sold me a repackaged TV as new.
Called Samsung, basic message, you should have inspected it, and physical damage is not covered under warranty. My lesson is that A) they didn t listen and cant trust them, always better to buy in a store, and given their response they aren t interested in good customers, so they ll lose one or more.
New Washer and Dryer
We purchased a washer and dryer last June and withing 2 months the dryer started making loud noises when running. I contacted support via warranty and they visited and fixed that issue. Soon after the dryer would quit running after 3 mins as it senses the clothes were dry which they weren't...essentially the dryer is unusable. The service guy visited 3 times trying to fix the issue to no avail and submitted a report to Samsung indicating the dryer was unserviceable. I've been waiting 1 month for Samsung support to confirm they will provide my money back. I phone Samsung support weekly and they keep telling me it's escalated to upper management. How long does Samsung expect me to wait to dry clothes as it's been 4 months. I've wasted my time trying to get resolution when the answer is so simple...Give me my money back so I can buy a dryer that actually dries clothes!

I recently purchased the Galaxy Z Fold 4, attracted by its impressive features, especially the folding screen. As a long-time user of Apple products, I was excited to try Samsung again after 18 years. Unfortunately, my enthusiasm has been overshadowed by a series of disappointments in the customer care process.
After approximately six months of use, my phone encountered a critical issue – it could no longer connect to Bluetooth headphones. Seeking a solution, I took the device to the Samsung store where I made the purchase, which also serves as a Samsung representative. Despite their efforts and a full day of diagnostics, they were unable to identify or resolve the problem.
Following their recommendation, I contacted Samsung directly and sent along with the provided invoice and details of the issues, to the designated service center. To my dismay, Samsung responded, requesting that I send the phone again via FedEx for further repairs. They did not provide a timeframe for the repair process, and more significantly, they failed to offer a replacement phone during this period. Considering the substantial additional amount I spent on Samsung Care, this situation has been both frustrating and costly.
I find it disheartening that Samsung's customer care has been inefficient and lacking in responsibility. The prolonged time spent without a functional phone, coupled with the necessity to purchase a new device during the repair period, has left me questioning the value of using Samsung's services.
I am certain that I will be sharing this disappointing experience with all my contacts and on various social media platforms. I believe it is crucial for companies to be aware of customer feedback to improve their services and maintain customer satisfaction.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope for a resolution that aligns with the level of service expected from a reputable company like Samsung.

I bought a Samsung S23 Ultra In June. In September the volume button stopped working. Samsung sent me to a warranty store who told me that I need a new screen as it is integrated with the volume control. Only problem is nobody has parts. S23 Ultra screens are back ordered for weeks and now months. Terrible warranty support. New product and no service parts. I will never buy another Samsung product again.

Enthousiasme à l'idée de mon premier vrai bon laptop. Un flambant neuf Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360. Pour que 2 SEMAINES après l'achat l'écran craque suite à l'ouverture de l'écran en mode tablette. Le calvaire continue; Se faire dire que ''Ce n'est pas couvert parce que c'est ma faute''. N'avoir aucun accès à quelqu'un Après Vente qui a un pouvoir décisionnel, me faire envoyer d'une porte à l'autre, me faire donner des numéros de téléphones de réparateurs que je devrai payer. Constat, je dois payer la réparation ou alors utiliser mon Samsung Care + (en déboursant la franchise de 200$ en plus du prix initial déjà payé). Je ne suis pas le seul à qui ce fâcheux incident est arrivé. Ca sent pas mal un cas qui va se ramasser à la protection du consommateur. Et moi qui allait leur acheter un frigidaire Bespoke et plus tard le nouveau cellulaire S23 Ultra. Nope.

I bought the Samsung S23 yesterday and now I noticed it on sale at best buy for $205.00 cheaper. Got a hold of Samsung to see if they could match the price. They told me they could not. So in my opinion it seems like Samsung is gouging their customers ripping them off? So I highly recommend you DO NOT BUY from Samsung. I know I'll never will again.

They tell me that chat is the only support offered to customers and after contacting chat 4 times with being disconnected a couple of times after an hour they said they were going to escalate my issue at least 4 times. So when chat does nothing then the customer is out of luck. Was thinking going Apple but their support sucks also.

Do not buy any Samsung products. If they work that’s fine . If you need warranty service they will jerk you around for 16 hours ( multiple calls) only to eventually deny warranty. Sadly I bought an appliance package from Coast Capital Appliances ( stay away from them ) I can’t wait to get rid of the Samsung products in my home

I bought a mobile device still under the 1 year warranty. It has been sent for repair 3 times due to overheating problems. Samsung continues to deny there is a problem with my device. They have made 1 attempt to repair it. I have never received such terrible customer service and gaslighting. When I filed a complaint with BBB I included all my receipts, service letters, emails to Samsung etc. The response provided by Samsung on occasion #1 De-install my apps Occasion #2 a link to the user manual for my phone. I have never received such terrible customer service in my life. I've been given customer service emails to send my complaints and documents to, and none of them can receive incoming emails. I would not suggest to anyone, nor will I ever buy another Samsung product again. They do not stand behind their products and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
