Samson Doors (Samson Industrial Doors) Arvostelua

Doors arrived on exactly when promised and in good condition. Excellent, tidy product, priced well, and great responsive service from Michaela and Mia.

I would like to say Thank you to Mia and Paul for the great service. This was our first time using Samson Doors. The process of quoting/design and order placement was very efficient.
We are now in the process of quoting for our second door.

We wanted to replace the window roller shutters on the two windows on the front of our bungalow. To this end we searched around for quotes from various suppliers and installers by ‘phone and email. This was on the 7th October 2024. Although the quote from Samson was n’t the cheapest we felt that the particular shutters they were quoting for were superior to some of the others offered. Moreover we were impressed by the professional attention we received from Eddie Diggin. He provided us with useful advice and guidance during several ‘phone conversations and emails. We were assured that he had our best interests at heart and we were appreciative of his no pressure approach. Once we had provisionally accepted the quote he arranged for Paul Butters to come the very next day to carry out a survey. He was with us for an hour and answered our questions patiently and clearly. An installation date of 29th October was agreed and we paid 50% immediately and the remainder 3 days before installation. The installers James and Ben arrived a little before 8.00am yesterday as arranged and worked quickly and efficiently in installing our new shutters. They were finished a little before 12.30 and made sure that we were completely satisfied before leaving. We have no hesitation in fully recommending Samson as being reliable and professional in the supply and installation of windo roller shutters.

After initial telephone discussion with the Mia at Samson Doors I ordered a set of insulated steel side hinged garage doors for fast delivery (7-10days) from their website. A technical glitch in the website links caused a slight delay but Samson Doors team, Eddie Diggins and Mia Noble in particular, were very helpful and still managed delivery within the 7-10 working days. Even managed to persuade their driver to squeeze the delivery onto the end of the day rather than first drop the next day to accommodate us as could not be available the following morning.

I contacted about having two roller shutter doors serviced, seemed to take a while but eventually it got sorted and Samson came out. Our assigned engineer was Paul, he was polite and generally excellent and I can't fault him at all, my 3 stars are for the initial time it took to sort out and the price. We have never had doors serviced before so wasn't sure what to expect. We were charged £350 + VAT, they had to travel 1 mile to us an Paul was here for the grand total of 45 mins, had a tool bag but generally just took notes, so the price was far, far to high.

Very helpful company & a good fitter called
Paul.

From getting the quote to the finish of the job went 100% as was promised. Eddie Diggin was extremely helpful through the whole process and the quality of the product was up to expectation.Would have no problem recommending this company/product to anyone else.

Really impressed. Load of help and advice when I was choosing product, and they were quite happy to review photos. Accurate delivery date. There was a broken component...again they excelled themselves with speedy response and next day delivery of replacement component direct from supplier. Very happy with door and whole experience. I'd recommend, and would use again.

Easy to order , delivered on time, unfortunatley no instructions included , but within an hour and with the help of Eddie Diggi I had a downloadable copy of the instructions. Well done

Good quality doors that look great. Our needs were to protect an accessible door as security for a building. The door was fitted professionally in 2-3 hours. Colour match was spot on!

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from this company through Eddie Diggin, and I can confidently say that they deserve every bit of a 5-star rating. From start to finish, my experience with them was nothing short of exceptional.

From my initial inquiry to the final installation, every interaction was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Eddie was always prompt, courteous, and eager to assist with any questions or concerns I had. His dedication to customer satisfaction is apparent and greatly appreciated.

Overall, this company surpassed my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for high-quality doors coupled with exceptional customer service and expert knowledge, I highly recommend.

Having not ordered or gone through this process before, I found Eddie to be helpful and nothing was to much trouble, I would recommend this company as being professional yet personable, definitely be using this company and particularly Eddie again.

Eddie helped me thru a very confusing online order page, he kept contact to ensure that I got the order right nothing was too much trouble.

Ordered and paid for a roller shutter door in November. Confirmed order in November. Door arrived eventually with no instructions and missing main fixing brackets. I write this 15th. Feb still no parts sent, although have been chasing for many weeks. Do not buy from this company they are a disaster. Have finally asked for collection of incomplete door and refund so I can buy one elsewhere. Will i get it? They refuse to return my calls. Total fiasco!

The initial contact was Eddie Diggin and he continued through the whole process of the order in a very detailed and efficient manner which gave me great confidence in the purchase.
Thank you

We had great service and support throughout the process of purchasing and installation of our roller shutter door. Eddie, Paul and Jaymi have been fantastic.

The team at Samson...Jules & Eddie are great, knowledgable and efficient.
Thoroughly recommend!

I would recommend this company. A very professional and quick service. I was very impressed with the fitting and quality of materials used. I dealt with EDDIE DIGGIN at the company who was extremely helpful.

Eddie Diggin was very helpful and communicative at all stages. James and Dean were great fitters, and took care with the installation.

Really efficient and helpful company! I spoke with Jules from start to finish. She answered all my silly questions and was more than happy to help.
The final result is better than expected!
Over all really great experience!
