Staff were lovely very attentive. Given plenty of
Time to go through the menu.
Starters were lovely and all the main courses were
Excellent. The peswari naan was the best I have had in along time.
Nice decor too.

Products represent real value for money and customer service team are always supportive ( inc. speedy delivery) and communication should there be an issue with stock levels etc.
I have been purchasing items from Emily/ Samsara brand for a number of years and have always been treated with courtesy and respect. On the one (or maybe two?!) occasions that I ever had a problem with an item Emily has been nothing but supportive and keen to put an issue right and as I work in a customer facing environment I would like to think I know what good customer service looks like :)
Clothes are casually stylish and I for one have nothing but positive feedback to share.

Overall the clothes are very comfortable and I pretty much live in them. Delivery is fast and communication you cannot fault. Other customers had experienced a change in manner with the owner if any issues had arose, like asking for a refund or quality control aspects with some of the garments, but personally the only negative experience I had was when I had a personal emergency and requested the delay of goods. Because I had spent so much with Samsara and was looking to renew my summer wardrobe, I assumed this one off request could of been met. However the sweet owner who is just lovely soon changed and the others who had warned me enjoyed a ‘told you so’ .. the order in discussion was of such low value I think the owner could of been abit more flexible just that once. It was probably annoying for a customer to ask a favour the morning of delivery, but life happens, emergencies happen and I will take my business elsewhere in the future because of the hostile response I received. The 3 stars were for the positive experience I had received up until that point. No hard feelings though and Goodluck with the business.

I have brought many items from Samsara over the past few months. I have never been disappointed with the quality of the items or the service received.
I recently brought the Rebecca knit in lime green - OMG its is sooooo beautiful ! So soft and the colour is amazing! I have ordered the hot pink today

Superb quality clothes that arrived very quickly. Absolutely love the tie front tops, very comfortable but stylish at the same time.
The customer service I received was outstanding, particularly as I wanted to order 2 tops that I had seen that hadn't made it to the website. Definitely not my last order!

I am absolutely addicted!!!!! To this wonderful shop. Throughout lockdown they have been amazing!!!! However more importantly their clothes are amazing!!!! I’m a plus size lady so clothes for me can look frumpy at times. But I LOVE there clothes. The tie tops are fabulous!!! Easy comfortable to wear and stylish I have Six of them as I love them so much. The ribbed tops are also comfy and look great and I also have their magic shorts which are fabulous to as they stretch with you and and give you plenty of room to move so chasing after my son is now comfortable and more achievable. They go fabulously with these tops as well. The love heart / stars jumpers are great to. I have a few of them. They are lightweight roomy and look trendy and go well with the harem trousers. I have a few pair of these trousers to. They are great colours and so floaty when you wear them. Now to the jewellery. I have a few necklaces bracelet and headbands from here and love them all. They add that little extra to the tops / outfit and just make the look complete.
The clothes have been washed several times and never lost their shape or colour. They really are hood quality and worth the money.
The lady who runs this shop is awesome!!!!! She really does care about you and packages your clothes neatly and with a personal touch if you have delivery. The shop itself is awesome to. Lovely layout and shabby chic style which matches the clothes beautifully.
There is nothing negative to say. So happy shopping here you won’t regret it. I’m always going back for more xxxxx

Samsara have a great selection of up to date clothes which I can dress up or down. Service is great for excellent and delivery is always prompt.
