I chose this pair of shoes because I was drawn to its design and material quality at first glance. Unfortunately, after wearing it, I discovered that it’s not comfortable at all—especially around the heel area, which feels quite stiff.

The sound coming from the heel while walking is very annoying and has caused me embarrassment more than once, making me avoid wearing the shoes in quiet places. I’ve tried to soften the leather in different ways, but it still needs more time or adjustments.

I really wish there had been more information about the comfort and wearability of the shoes on the website before purchase, because looks alone aren’t enough. Personally, the experience wasn’t satisfying, but it might still suit others who don’t mind the sound or stiffness.

I am really disappointed in a recent customer service experience both in store and through the corporate number.
I placed an online order and used the Happy Returns service to complete an exchange for the same item in a different size. When I received the new size, I still wasn’t happy with the fit and want to return the item but for some reason, the website shows that the sale is still processing even though I have the item. I have called customer service and they couldn’t help but told me I could go to the store. Well I went to the store and they also couldn’t execute a returns process. Based on this, I will never buy direct from Sam Edelman again. Don’t use a third party service if your own POS isn’t capable of performing simple transactions in partnership with it.

Poor quality shoes, the zipper is gone the sole is bumpy. So expensive for this quality. Don't buy

They Are Scammers, Beware.
I placed an order online and paid. They also charged me for postage, which was fine.
They sent me a notification of receipt and a confirmation of the order and this was followed by another email later to state that it has been dispatched. Lo and behold, a few days later, an email from Sam Edelman arrive to state that the boots are out of stock and no refunds will be made as I have not paid. What a scam! I will sort them out via PayPal and get my payment, regardless. People, avoid Sam Edelman like the plague.
To also add that the pair of boots in the size that I had ordered, which they said is not available, is still showing as available on the website.

Don’t trust the website saying free returns and free exchange. You can’t return any item . They will give any excuse such as final sale , exceptions…

Worn once and the inner shoe material has already rubbed away. Don't bother. I'm just glad I got mine new with tags from vinted so I didn't pay anywhere near the extortionate price for a pair of tat

Their sneakers did not survive the first rain.
Black stripes got wet it colored white shoes.
Sam Edelman refused to refund.
Will never buy from this brand again.

Scammers. Charge £6.99 for next day delivery and have not heard a peep since I paid. They don't answer emails or their phone even after leaving a message. If you want to risk it, pay on a credit card. I'm going to have to initiate a charge back to try to recoup my money.

Never will buy from this store again!!! They take your money shoe doesn’t and they give you a wrong order number and can’t return!!! I will never purchase another pair of Sam Edelman shoes!!!

Sam Edelman sent me a pair of USED shoes after ordering directly from their website. I ordered the Sam Edelman Jildie Maryjane Slingbacks and both shoes had scuff marks on the bottom and the shoes had been stretched out from someone else wearing them. I felt violated and I was disgusted that they would do this to a customer. I suggest never buying their shoes online. Go straight to Nordstroms to purchase if you just have to have this designer.

This website is fraud. Do not buy from them. I purchased a pair of boots and they never arrived, no one answered their phone or emails after multiple requests. Doggy website, do not buy from them

Their site is excellent. My Evina combat boots arrived quickly and they fit so well. They are super comfortable and I am always pleased with the shoes/boots I order from them!

They suck! Plain and simple. First order. Cancelled due to billing issue. Second order cannot be located. They keep using covid as an excuse for limited hours - Covid has been over. I will NEVER! shop here again. They have really gone downhill over the years and I for one will not spend another damn cent with them. They can keep their cheap ass shoes!

Truly have to be the worst brand and service

Purchased a pair of GABRIELA WOVEN SLIDE SANDAL from Macy’s - found the right wider to the left but have an identical pair in different colour and no issues!!! So emailed the manufacturer Sam Edelman and this was their response

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Bought boots at almost £200 that fell apart within 2 wears. Timpsons said they were so badly made they could not be repaired. Returned to Sam Edelman 3 months ago (postage to US was £30), they have acknowledged boots are faulty but still no refund.
