Good clean shop well laid out .staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the product ,and a good quality product in a sensible range of sizes altogether a very pleasant experience

When shopping at the valley we always visit the Saltrock shop as we can always find some really nice clothing lines and the shop has without fail always some really nice staff on duty.

Bargains in the sale

I found a few bargains in the sale. A fantastic pair of cargo pants perfect for walking the dog in winter and a great bob hat again perfect for winter.

Excellent service

I received excellent service from Ben in SALTROCK at The Valley, Twyford, Evesham. He helped me choose the clothes I needed for my 13 year old Grandson’s birthday, which made my shopping easy. The clothes were all lovely quality too.

Saltrock experience

We found the shop to be well laid out and the goods very good quality. The staff are friendly, informative and very willing to help with difficult decisions and the goods are sold at very competitive prices, a winning combination.

I was made to feel like I was going to…

I was made to feel like I was going to steal something. Lady followed me around the shop and was watching me like a hawk. Felt very uncomfortable and wanted to ask for other sizes but didn’t feel I could. Never had this anywhere before in my life! No one else in the shop! Very strange!!!

Superstar Staff!

Staff at the Valley store in Evesham were super nice! I had been looking high and low for a particular item and they went out of their way to find it for me, advise me on fit, and were just generally all-round superstars! I got what I had been looking for and left with a big smile. Excellent customer service!

Exceptional service

Ben in the Evesham store provided amazing customer service - he truly went above and beyond tracking down an item for us. Always friendly and helpful. Love Saltrock products.
