My husband ordered a women’s XL shirt for me. We looked at size chart and details of the cut, fit, etc. The XL in the size chart says 24” flat. When I got the shirt it was tight. It fits my size medium husband. I measured and it is 21” flat. That is what a medium is supposed to be. We reached out to Salt Mafia and our only option is to exchange or pay return shipping. This Company has the worst customer service. I thought being from Long Island, like myself, they would be better.
The Website has a phone number that says text or call. The call goes directly to voicemail, which then tells you their voicemail is not set up. And if you text them, they never respond.
I see great reviews for their hats, but their clothing line sucks! They should stick to hats or actually measure the shirts that they order from China and fix the sizing chart.

No quality control what so ever when it comes to their apparel. They shipped my a shirt that the screen print on the back was so off centered a blind man would catch it. Their phone number is fake and so is their email...they make it impossible to send anything back for credit..and they say "it's up to them if they even want to credit you." Still waiting on a label to ship the bad shirt back. That is fraud and against the law. I've filed a complaint with the FTC. They are evasive and should be held accountable.
