Just back from Salt Escapes Ibiza and could not recommend it enough. An amazing week with the Salt Escapes team with big energy and vibes from start to finish! The workouts were tough and rewarding, the food was delicious and the people and energy were unmatched. Mike and Amy, together with the rest of the Salt Escapes team (Clem, Gem and chef Rob) have curated something truly magical. Would 100% recommend.

I’ve just come back from my 6th trip with Salt Escapes and I cannot recommend them enough! Amy, Mike and the team have really got something special, the villas, the workouts, the food, the group energy all comes together perfectly for an unforgettable week!

Awesome week with amazing people, workouts and experiences. I’ll be back for sure!!!

Where to start? From the second you walk in you are warmly greeted by Amy and Mike, who are extremely welcoming, to the challenging workouts, followed by the perfect calming yoga and the deliciously selected menu by their amazing Chef! I can’t say enough about this experience… I will definitely be joining another escape with them. Thank you all!!!

Salt Escapes exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the serene ambiance and friendly staff made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and recharge.

I went to Salt Escapes in Feb 2024 for the Dominican Republic trip and had an incredible time! Sophie the chef made incredible (super healthy and super tasty) meals, the workouts were great, AMRAP style so they catered for all fitness levels and needless to say that Amy and Mike brought a great vibe! Also there were 15 people and almost all were travelling solo which was great as we all mixed in and got on really well. Loved it, may go again later this year!

Just back from a wonderful salt escapes week in Menorca.

Mike and Amy run the trip fantastically, with a well structured and slick yet relaxed feel. The workout classes were challenging, varied, enjoyable and could be smoothly adapted to any individual’s differences and needs. Mai’s yoga classes were an excellent addition also - Mai is a wonderful teacher. The extra activities: the hike, boat day and trip to the bar were all excellent and slotted into the trip nicely. The villa was beautiful and the food was great too - the chefs were very friendly and the variety and quality of food was superb. I had a wonderful time with all the other people that attended the trip who were all amazing - on one of the days was my birthday and everyone made an effort to help me have an amazing day, which of course I did - I even got a birthday themed workout that morning!

Yet another fabulous trip! My 3rd Salt Escapes Retreat and they continue to get better and better. My stay in Menorca was everything I expected and more. The standard of the villa was exceptional. The array & variety of food prepared for every meal time is outstanding. The workouts are made so fun and energetic by Amy and Mike as well as working within teams to mix things up.
Overall these holidays are fantastic if you’re looking for a solo trip with added activities. Boat day and coastal hike really makes the whole week truly memorable and a fabulous experience !

Incredible experience - the workouts were challenging but fun, the food was unmatched (thanks Robbie!!), the Villa and views don’t even seem real, but the people and relationships you build along the way are what make this truly an unforgettable experience. Absolutely loved my trip to the Dominican Republic with Salt Escapes. Amy and Mike looked after us all week with cracking work outs, lots of activities and the most amazing food. Salt Escapes is a wonderful retreat for anyone looking to be active, make friends and explore nature. The workouts are fun and challenging, the people are hilarious and eclectic and Mike + Amy runs a very organized and relaxed ship. It’s a great mix of hard workouts, silly fun and vacation lounging. Just returned from an amazing trip to the Dominican Republic with Salt Escapes! Mike and Amy are wonderful and inviting. Just the best! Salt Escapes is a fantastic option for solo travelers or friends who want to have an incredible wellness and fitness experience. The trips, the people, and the workouts are absolutely amazing! I went as a solo traveler and had the best time meeting so many new like minded people who wanted to workout hard, but also have a relaxing vacation. Our private chef was just incredible! She made so much delicious food, but also made food for everyone’s allergies or health related needs. The workouts were a great mix with some other activities in our free time. We stayed in a huge villa right on the beach with pools and outdoor areas to accommodate everyone. It was beautiful! I have certainly made a ton of new friends and I guarantee I’ll be on another adventure trip with Salt Escapes in the near future!

Went as a solo traveller (most people do) and had great fun. Challenging workouts but in a relaxed environment, excellent opportunities for additional activities too. Would go again!

Honestly one of the best holidays of my life. I had pretty high expectations having read so many of these reviews and after following the Instagram account for years but the week truly exceeded expectations. The villa was insane - the food even more insane...(I still can't get over the chocolate oats for breakfast) the workouts were tough but exactly what I wanted/signed up for! I really don't think there is anything about it that I would change. It was my first solo trip so I was a bit nervous but this is THE PERFECT solo trip - alot of people do go solo and I will be happily signing up solo again for next year's retreats!

I could go on and on but really I echo everything that is said in all the other reviews. Finally, just a shout out to Amy and Mike - they really are a dream team and 100% are the reason why it's so magical - they are so warm, friendly and welcoming, they really create this wonderful atmosphere. Thank you for the trip of a lifetime! I can't wait for the next adventure!

The hotel is exceptionally customer-oriented. The staff are beyond praise. They take care of the client in literally everything. And, most importantly, this care is genuine. Very comfortable psychologically. Breakfast and board were of the highest quality and in large quantities. I have never seen such a breakfast and such service, and I have many things to compare it with. It was very well located, very quiet and very comfortable room. Finally I found a hotel that I want to come back to.

I’m not exaggerating when I say the week I spent with Salt Escapes in Lombok was probably one of the best weeks of my life!

It was the first time I’ve ever gone on a solo trip let alone half way across the world - and I can safely say I did not feel alone for one second! Everyone on the trip was so friendly and Mike & Amy are the most amazing and welcoming couple - may have gone alone but came home was 12 new friends from all around the world.

The workouts were challenging for sure but makes you really realise what you body in capable of and Mike & Amy really push you to be that best version of yourself I’ve come home with the love for fitness I once had and lost for a while.

Not the mention Rhi’s yoga and Pilates what amazing sessions those were! Chef Robbie’s food was sensational, so fresh and always something new!

The Villa was absolutely stunning as well with such friendly staff that honestly gave you the 5 star feel in the rooms and service.

This trip was everything that was promised from booking the trip and coming home from the trip Mike & Amy have been so helpful and professional - Salt Escapes truly is a once in a lifetime trip and company!

So don’t even think about it book the trip and go I guarantee it’ll be one of your most memorable trips ever!

BEST WEEK EVER! This was my second Salt Escapes trip to the wonderful Zakynthos and hopefully not my last. If you're at all considering booking a fitness retreat, BOOK THIS ONE. And even if you're not, book this one.
Amy, Mike and Rhi are the best trainers and hosts, the workouts are all so much fun and varied, they really push you to your limit but cater for everyone's fitness and abilities. The villa is beautiful and the food is truly the best I think I've ever eaten (plus Mike's Margaritas are superb). I made friends for life and the amount I laughed was probably the best ab workout I've done in years. Already looking at next year's options!
