We have tracked your order Ginette and it arrived into Canada only a few days after you placed your order and has been awaiting collection from your postal facility for over a week now, which is not something we can control.
We did ship your order the same day it was received and used the service you selected. We do our absolute best to ship orders immediately, but please bear in mind that you are ordering from Australia. We would have appreciated an email to advise that your order had not arrived yet so we could look into it further and assist, rather than receiving a review.

We are disappointed that you have provided this review Nita as we feel it is unfair considering we shipped your order the same day we received it. We have provided complete tracking details and updates that Australia Post has had delays due to limited flights which has caused a slower than usual delivery turnaround, something that is totally out of our control. Again, we thank you for your patience and understanding on something that is completely out of control.
