Sally is a really great teacher! She explains things clearly and offers clarification when needed. I felt I was welcome to ask questions and she always took the time to answer everyone’s questions fully. The course was really interesting and also a fun few days. Even though it was online, I felt got to know members of the group and we all supported each other. Sally clearly has a passion for helping pregnant women and this was really evident. I really enjoyed the course and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to teach pregnancy and post-natal yoga. Sally is warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable.

Sally is an exceptional teacher. She is so down to earth, brings such warmth and compassion to her teaching and the extent of her knowledge and expertise is VAST! I have recently completed the 30 hour Menoyoga (yoga for peri/menopause) training course and it has been such an inspiring experience, I loved it. So much valuable information contained within the training. Sally and her fantastic colleagues brought such breadth and depth of knowledge, compassion and humour to the training experience. Despite never having met any of the tutors or other attendees, Sally and her team beautifully held a group space that fostered a sense of connection and the most wonderful and insightful discussions.

Sally’s yoga teaching is truly inclusive, she is mindful of ensuring adaptations are offered throughout. Sally's knowledge for anatomy and physiology is extremely extensive and yet effortlessly woven into yoga sessions in such an informative and accessible way. The course was very well structured and packed full of fantastic content yet delivered in a way that made for a nurturing and nourishing weekend with a lovely sense of connection and community beyond the training. I did Sallys Pregnancy Yoga Teacher training in June 2023 in Worthing. It was worth every penny! The training has a good quality and I personally liked the relaxed and professional way of teaching of Sally and Heather. I came all the way from Finland to do this training and was pleased. I have now safe feeling to start to teach pregnant and post natal clients.

Sally and her team are fantastic! Great class with helpful resources. The class was fun and engaging. The assignments I needed to complete in order to obtain the certificate and continuing education credits were not overly challenging and did really encourage me to tap into the knowledge I gained in the class and from reviewing the materials. I feel confident after this class in my ability to provide personalized support to any yoga client working through the stages of menopause.

Pregnancy yoga teacher training course. One of the best courses I've done, it was such a huge support through my own pregnancy. Very thorough, non judgemental and inclusive. Felt so supported throughout and feel well prepared to teach in the future. Also Sally is very funny.

The Pregnancy and Postnatal yoga teacher training with Sally far exceeded my expectations. I came at it from a different perspective to most of the others on the course I attended (who were mostly yoga teachers already, whereas I am a doula), but I needn't have worried about being out of my depth. Everything was explained and worked through at a manageable pace, with great sessions and theory classes from Sally and invaluable input from others including a midwife, a mother & baby yoga teacher, and a hypnobirth and yoga nidra practitioner. We also covered lots of business questions to help us set up a thriving practice. I feel prepared to teach my own class and have also been confidently supporting my birth clients in finding positions to make their pregnancy and birth more comfortable.

I have completed many yoga trainings and Sally's is right up there. Insightful, comprehensive and highly inclusive, I felt hugely equipped to prepare pregnancy practices and teach them. I also find the manual enormously helpful and interesting. It has everything you need to know but nothing more so you're not spending ages finding the information you need. There were a wide variety of key people who spoke on the training so the different aspects of pregnancy yoga were all of high quality. Sally and all the other people on her team are enormously approachable and helped accomodate my needs right from the moment I considered signing up for the training. I felt like I could reach out through the whole length of the training and beyond. Thank you!!

A brilliant online teacher training session, with a great balance of physically going through sessions and learning for valuable content contributors. I would highly recommend this course to anyone considering doing pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher training. Sally and her team are excellent!
