Salisbury Meditation and Sound Therapy Arvostelua 

We had a private sound bath in our own home, which was beyond fantastic. Gemma was really helpful and communicative, a lovely person who answered all of our questions and made accommodations for our group. She set up a beautiful room for us, and conducted a refreshing and uplifting session, leaving us all feeling grounded and invigorated. Will definitely be booking again!

A sound bath in a beautifully calm venue. Totally relaxing and calming. Dont be nervous if you haven't experienced one before, Gemma is excellent and always explains what will happen before starting.

Absolutely brilliant meditation and soundbath. The most perfect setting and environment. It was my partners first time doing a soundbath and he absolutely loved it. We will be back soon

The candlelit soundbath was perfect. It was held in a beautiful hall with a heated floor and the session was very well put together. Gemma made everyone relaxed with meditation techniques before the wonderful sounds from bowl and bells. The hour went by way too fast. Thoroughly recommended

Another very relaxing meditation workshop with Gemma on Saturday morning in Salisbury. It was up to the same high standards from Gemma’s previous workshops.

New to meditation & amazed at how clearer my mind felt after a workshop Saturday morning. A very informative guide, Gemma, who facilitated a relaxed session & introduction to different styles of meditation. I’ve signed up to a sound bath in November to continue this exploratory journey towards wellbeing!

Lovely new experience

I have been lucky enough to enjoy many soundbath sessions from Gemma. She is an incredible human who makes you feel so calm and relaxed. Her practises really do make a massive impact to your wellbeing.

I attended Gemma’s sound bath as part of a retreat weekend and it was the perfect way to restore and relax. I enjoyed that Gemma explained what was going to happen at the beginning and created an open space where everyone could ask questions about it. It felt really safe, warm, friendly and welcoming. At the beginning, we used some humming and different sounds that we created. It was really powerful that everyone in the room created this buzzing sound and energy. It helped to feel connected to everyone and a sense of oneness.
When using the different instruments it was relaxing and peaceful. I especially loved the one that sounded like waves of a sea. I could have listened to that for hours. It was beautiful. Thank you for the calming experience Gemma.
I would 100% recommend attending a sound bath with Gemma. She has a welcoming presence and is skilled at her craft.

Wow. . . By the end of the session I felt calm, complete and balanced. A beautiful space was created, Gemma explained all that was going to happen and there was time for questions. . . I loved the opportunity to create our own vibration and sound with our voice at the start. . .then moving into the sound bath with Gemma playing other instruments and bowls. . . I particularly loved being able to stand in the big sound bowl at the end of the session, feeling the vibration throughout my being. . . The feeling continued once the session had finished. . . .I absolutely loved it and felt completely confident and safe with Gemma throughout the whole experience . . . Awesome

Attended sound therapy at retreat this year. I’ve had the opportunity before & never felt like it. Myself & my partner attended, & we had really profound experiences. It was the best meditation experience I’ve ever had & instead of being tired this evening, afterwards I felt recharged but very relaxed. I slept incredibly well. I will not miss any opportunities I have in future I loved it. Gemma’s voice & delivery is perfect to assist the sound her guidance was really perfect. I am very happy & inspired to attend again.

This was my second Relaxing Soundbath with Gemma. I have truly loved both sessions. Gemma has a lovely soothing voice & she always explains exactly what will happen during the Sounbath. I found it totally relaxing & rejuvinating. I love the singing bowls. The venue is very atmospheric & adds to the wonderful experience. I highly recommend these sessions & plan to rebook soon.

My 3rd soundbath session with Gemma at St John's Church on Fri. eve. and such a great way to start the weekend x I always have a better nights sleep and my fitbit records a much deeper sleep on the Fri. & Sat after a session x I think many of us underestimate the power of stillness - so beneficial for our health & wellbeing - 5*
