Actually take feedback seriously
Been with them just under a year. I like that they listen to feedback and act quickly. If messaging isn't hitting, the strategist makes changes wight away. That responsiveness is the biggest value for me.
Manufacturing Cold Calling
We are in manufacturing, targeting plant and operations managers. SalesHive's callers handle technical buyers without sounding robotic. The strategist build messaging that resonates with our industry. Everything is logged in HubSpot so AEs can pick up right away. Nine months in, meeting are consistent and we've closed accounts tied directly to their outreach.

I run RevOps for a small EdTech Startup and have used outsourced SDRs before at other companies, and had to fight for transparency with my last vendors, we decided on SalesHive.
So far I've been really happy with the visibility I've gotten from them. The platform works well, and the on boarding was clear and helped iron out some of the concerns we had before starting, Meetings quality has been good, and we're starting to get better insights from the reports they provide us each week.
I will say, it look a bit to see consistent results, but they did communicate that with me during the process and gave clear goals for weekly targets and have been hitting them so we're happy.

Daily activity
We use Hubspot and the integration has been seamless. Activity shows up daily, which makes ROI tracking simple. Meetings are reliable and the strategist works closely with marketing to keep messaging aligned. Ten months in, this has been a solid partnership.
Salesforce sync is clean
We use Salseforce and their team helped sync everything up without much extra work. It helps pipeline reporting clean and lets me see what they're doing on a daily basis. The team is doing a good job so far. Tamber has been really helpful getting things adjusted for us. They did explain there was a ramp but I still would have liked to see a few more meetings in our first month, but we're in our third month now and the volume has been steadily picking up each month. Otherwise I'm happy with how things are going and our decision to work with Saleshive.
Onbording was fast and seeing good results!
We are a SaaS startup and needed help getting more meetings. We evaluated 5 companies and ended up going with Saleshive on their growth plan. We chose them because we liked how they had their own platform that integrated with our CRM, were willing to go through the full onboarding with our team without any commitment and had option for US team that met our needs and budget. Our sales rep(Todd) was great, he helped walk us through the process and made everything clear and easy.
The onboarding was straightforward and painless and the playbook they delivered checked all the boxes. We like our account manager and thought they did a good job putting a good strategy in place for starting outbound. Our SDR did a good job getting their pitch down and started booking meetings quickly. We had a few issues with meetings not showing up but their team did a good job getting them rescheduled and we're seeing the consistency of meetings going up the longer we work together. We've had a lot of meetings turn into good opportunities and are expecting to see a handful close soon and give us a good ROI on our contract.
Overall we've been really impressed with SalesHive and would recommend them as a good option for companies needing help with appointment setting.

We've just engaged SalesHive for our third campaign in the last two years. We're impressed by the thoroughness of their onboarding, the quality of the leads, and the transparency they provide. They've been consistently able to deliver across three completely different customer sets.
Our salespeople are able to listen to or see the entire engagement with the lead and prepare appropriately to engage at a problem-solving level without a lot of preamble and qualification.

It all depends on the team you work with
We have been working with Saleshive for some time. The success of the collaboration probably has a lot to do with the SDR and account manager you are assigned. Currently working with a great team. Results can vary depending on the list that is being used - some industries are more responsive than others. Big downside we feel is the fixed cost, rather than the pay-per-meeting-scheduled setup. It leads to varying results per month at a fixed price.

We came to SalesHive to get help launching a new product line. Our account manager helped us determine the best titles to go after and messaging around our value prop to test. They were also great about helping us set realistic expectations around being a newer product and what we may get as results and the timeline around it. We've learned a lot from the outreach done so far and are starting to get traction with a subset of our market we hadn't considered before.
Do Not Use Sales Hive, Complete waste of money
Sales Hive talks a good game but has no idea what they are doing. Their cold callers are awful, their managers cant correct the problems or just don't care. we cancelled them after 3 months and just took the loss. Save your time and money look elsewhere.
Horrendous
Horrendous. Lots of employee turnover. Failed to provide services for weeks but kept billing us. They quickly replied when we said we were going to stop paying and then they threatened lawsuit.
Unparalled Outreach Efforts
I worked alongside SalesHive for the last three years at my previous company. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team and their research skills. We were by no means an "easy client," as the work we gave SalesHive often required extensive and in-depth research on what usually ended up being extremely niche areas of outreach.
The team's ability to understand the complexity of our various SaaS offerings and their innate desire to help us take our initial concept and hone it into an actionable plan within the correct market and with messaging that fits our ICP - is a skill set we utilize every week. Each meeting, I would leave with a new or better insights brought forth by the team that I would then relay to my internal team.
I cannot stress enough how dedicated the SalesHive team is and how they have played a huge hand in shaping my previous companies' outreach efforts for the last 3+ years.
While I am no longer with my previous employer, I plan on using them at my new company for anything from one-off projects to more intensive research work ( and I am not the only one). I can honestly say that I would trust SalesHive with my most sensitive projects.
Great so far
We started with SalesHive 4 months ago after having a bad experience with a similar company. We were hesitant to move forward due to that previous experience with an outsourced sales company, but we liked that we could go through the onboarding without any risk.
The onboarding ended up going great and we decided to move forward. The account manager and BDR that got assigned to our account were both very professional and we ended up getting our first meeting shortly after.
In our first month we learned a lot from what our account manager showed us so we made some pretty major changes to our approach. I was really happy with the feedback we got because it also helped us make some internal pivots that we had been considering for a while.
By the second month we had a strong and consistent number of leads coming in each week and have been having some really good meetings. We've been really happy with the growth of our lead flow and overall the entire experience has been great. We have a long sales cycle so we haven't closed a deal yet, but we have a good number of solid opportunities in our pipeline that I expect to close soon which should yield a great ROI.
I've had nothing but good experiences so far with SalesHive and I'm glad we decided to give them a shot.
