I had difficulty obtaining the lists I needed initially. I had to get credited back a couple of times so I could run the lists again to get the info I wanted. I finally asked why I was not getting phone numbers, apparently cell phone numbers are extra, and I had not included that in the plan I signed up for. Landlines were included. Nickle and dimed me to death. Still, once all was said and done. I got the list I needed. Customer service was good though. Cris helped me everytime I needed it.

They’re selling data that is outdated…
They’re selling data that is outdated by 15 years WITHOUT DISCLOSURE. I own an independent Harley-Davidson dealership and service center in NW Florida. I requested a postcard Mailer to all registered Harley-Davidson owners within 100 miles of my dealership. They led me to believe that that’s exactly what I was getting. They wouldn’t share any information from this list until I paid in full and when I did pay in full, they finally sent over the file with the information. I quickly took the file and used AI to give me an accurate list of what ZIP Codes were getting what mail only to find out within seconds, there is not one registration for Harley Davidson owners for the last 15 years and now I’m battling with them to give my money back and they won’t do it. I wouldn’t work with this company under any circumstances if you’re a small business keep shopping they will tell you anything they need to get you to pay them. They’ll mislead you and do whatever it takes to get your payment. As soon as I paid the bill online the two individuals I had dealt with for three weeks leading up to finalizing the Mailer went on unexpected out of the office. Auto email returns. This company is shady at best. Find yourself another company. This one will lead you nowhere and charge you whatever they please for outdated useless data.

Did not follow what I was asking for. Gave me incorrect information back. Over promised and severely under delivered. Ended up getting a refund for the services since all the information had to be triple checked for accuracy as most of it was incorrect...
