We work hard to resolve any issues with our customers. This was unfortunately not a genuine customer, trying to scheme for a full refund without returning the product after 6 months. We have reported this as a false/fake review. For the want of a set screw...
Very satisfied! Would have rated 5 stars except for a small set screw and cap missing from the open box, otherwise set was in good as new condition. Should be able to find a suitable replacement at the hardware store and still come out having saved a bundle over a new shower faucet!
