This is my third month and I love every box. It's like Christmas when ot comes in and open up the box to see my goodies. It has an assortment of sweet, salty and savory. Plus the tea is a great way to kick back and enjoy the treats.

We always love getting our sakuraco box. Each is unique and all items are well crafted and delicious.

Ich wollte einmalig eine Box bestellen und habe das auch getan - als Gast ohne Account. Dafür habe ich auch logischerweise mehr bezahlt, als wenn ich ein drei- oder mehrmonatiges Model gewählt hätte. Auch hier wäre davon auszugehen, das nach den entsprechenden Monaten Schluss ist. Doch dem ist nicht so. Über den Fortlauf meines "Abos" wurde ich durch Abbuchung des Betrages für die nächste Box in Kenntnis gesetzt. Das finde ich so nicht in Ordnung. Es müsste klar erkenntlich sein, dass es sich um ein Abo handelt. Zum Kündigen musste ich den nicht gewünschten Account erst anlegen. Was ich übrigens interessant fand, dass ich bei Kündigungsgründen anklicken konnte: "Ich wollte nur eine Box."
Die Süßigkeiten waren nett verpackt, entsprachen aber nicht meinem Geschmack, wobei der Anbieter allerdings nichts kann.

This is a monthly treat! Exquisite packaging and yummy unusual treats. I look forward to this so much and it never disappoints

There is such a big variety of snacks in the box you receive from Sakuraco, you get to try a lot of different interesting taste experiences and I already have found new types of snacks I enjoy and will definitely get some more of sometime! Its feels like I get to go on a small trip to Japan from the moment of opening the beautiful displayed items, colorful and exciting thing in the box, to taste testing everything🌟 you get to slowly savior each thing bc I know how pricious each thing is in quality, made by humans, traditinal and quality values. And therefore righly so also not the easiest thing to get by again. Thank you so much for letting me have the possibility of being able to taste real authentic traditional handmade snacks from all over Japan when I am unable to travel- and of many different regions of Japan!

I honestly can't help but already feel excited and looking forward to receiving my next box of my subscription.

Customer Service responded quickly and courteously to resolve my question. It felt like there was a personal touch, which I appreciated. Nice to do business with.

Le site est très bien fait, les images de produits attirantes et pour une fois on reçoit vraiment ce que l'on voit, c'est aussi gourmand au déballage qu'à l'achat. Un regret cependant que le joli coffret que l'on souhaite garder sert aussi de carton d'expédition, il arrive un peu cabossé et avec les étiquettes d'envoi énormes collées dessus. Un carton de plus ou un sac autour seraient bienvenus. Sinon j'adore la magie japonnaise opère 😍

I purchased a 6-month Sakuraco subscription as a Christmas gift, believing it to be a one-off purchase. The confirmation email did not make it clear that this was a recurring subscription, and I received no reminder or warning before it automatically renewed for another 6-month cycle.

I cancelled immediately after noticing the charge. Only one box from the renewed period had been shipped, yet my request for a refund for the remaining unshipped boxes was refused, with the company repeatedly referring back to their Terms of Service.

Support replies were polite but slow (around 24 hours per response), meaning several days passed without any real resolution.

Instead of a refund, I was offered a coupon, which is not an acceptable substitute when you actually need your money back.

In my view, this feels like a very one-sided and potentially predatory subscription model: renewal is enforced strictly, but there is no flexibility even when most of the product has not yet been delivered.

Be extremely cautious — this is a recurring subscription, not a one-off purchase, and there appears to be little to no consideration for customers once payment has been taken.

Being able to experience different flavors and treats of such an amazing country, is just incredible. They make it clear and precise what you shall receive in the box. And they are quite affordable

The snacks are always top quality!
We've been getting these boxes for about a year now and it's always the highlight of the month. I love the small plates and cups you get, they're beautiful and cute. Even though I'm picky at times, there are always plenty of great snacks for me to munch on.

I have had 2 Sakuraco snack boxes so far and absolutely love them! Genuinely excited when the box arrives and I have to restrain myself from stuffing all the snacks in my face in one go.
The snacks, the plates and glasses, all are exquisite.

The first box I've received is absolutely stunning and does take you on a journey. The items are beautifully packaged and taste amazing. Subscription is so worth the price and I got genuinely great offers that helped me.

I opened the April box and was bombarded by the little candies. A pack was popped. But it was so cute like confetti that I didn't mind. The snacks are unique and large enough to share with my sisters who are equally interested in japanese culture. The box is a bit on the expensive side so I cannot buy one every month, but I do enjoy getting one once in awhile. I recently had a snack rescue box which was great too.

I love how every box has information on the history or the place or holiday the box is showcasing for that month! All the treat have been great. Some even surprised me!

Didn´t get my box after 25 days. Can't even post at ticket on the website. Don't buy!

Honestly the plate we got was so cute and the snacks were so good but I wish there were two loaves of some sort instead of just one.
