Vincent, I am not sure why you are giving us a 1-star review. You contacted us about your package being not delivered. We replied promptly and contacted DHL about is last week to find you what exactly has happened. We of course will not resend your order if DHL is still going to deliver your order in full or partially. Monday DHL contacted us that whomever the work with in France has destroyed (no longer fit for delivery) the package (probably after they broke it). Upon receiving this information we have asked the warehouse to re-pick your order and ship it. The label for this shipment was created on Monday already and you should have received an email about that. We ship out packages on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, so your order will be shipped out again tomorrow.

Everything you need

Great site, lots of choice, explanations about the products and very quick to ship, only downside this time ( been perfect thus far but on this occasion the 4 stars only as one bottle of sake has been bit too
Long on stock, bottled in 2022 is rather old )

Complete, undamaged, timely & fairly priced.

I got every item I ordered & all were undamaged. Delivery was pretty quick and in line with their prediction. Pricing feels reasonable.

The "worst" was that they packed it maybe TOO safe. Didn't fit the DHL packagemachine because of very thick packaging. Though I could collect it at a DHL Servicepoint a street over on the next day, so all in all, doesn't really matter. Better to be delayed for a day and have it all be undamaged.

Great prices, 10/10 customer service.

I found a brand of sake I really enjoyed on their website so I ordered some soju as well, all at a great price. When my order was shipped, DHL delayed it due to a storm. I was notified by email and was walked through the process. All things considered, it was still fast shipping. The box was labeled as fragile and very well packaged.

Absolutely would recommend, will buy again.

Good communication, fast delivery

I ordered some more bottles of umeshu and they were delivered in under a week. Very pleased, especially given the recent storms and the run up to Christmas. Will happily buy again soon.
