Worst ever brand experience, the sent me totally different measurements of patches for my dress and they don’t even own it, they are scamming people by showing different styles on social media but in real you can never achieve that style they are scamming people and they have the worst customer service ever
I ordered two sets, and this has been an utterly frustrating and deceptive ordeal. The product listing explicitly states they are returnable/exchangeable, yet the T&Cs were conveniently updated with hidden, size-specific restrictions. This is outrageous and feels deliberately misleading, treating customers like fools.
Worse, my order wasn’t dispatched until I followed up personally with the brand pure unprofessionalism.

Scammers! They send defact product! When ask for exchange to new set they only offer redund of 25% and excuse given for international buyer. MF* your shirt quality is just as good as bathroom matt!

The prices they charge not at all justify the quality and service they provide. I ordered 2 dresses from them. Both dresses have pulled threads and one dress's trousers have stains. Also, the sizes are not per the size guide given on the website.

Purchase nothing from Saira Shakira. They don't have basic customer care assistance. With them, I had a quite unpleasant experience.
Days of back-and-forth communication yielded no outcome.
The majority of the personnel doesn't speak English well. I'm not sure if they're just acting foolish or if they really can't understand a basic English message.
In my instance, they stuffed the measurements and won't take responsibility.
However, they are undoubtedly inferior to celebs!
I will never, ever buy from them again. Rip offs!
I ordered a very expensive outfit over the summer and still haven’t received it. They keep pushing and delaying the delivery date and it this point I won’t receive it in time for brother’s wedding. I would not waste your money here. There are many other designers in Pakistan that are exceptional and deliver on time.
Ordered my mum an outfit. They sent completely the wrong size. Too tight. Refused to do.anythi g until I mentioned a lawyer to take it further. They then asked me to send it back. I paid £20 postage from UK to Pakistan. And they said they would remake jt.
They sent exact same outfit back with zero changes. My mum had to buy some navy fabric and some how managed to sew in a panel in either side of the dress. Looked really bad so she had to make sure the dupatta placement would cover it. Never buy from these guys. Absolute fraudsters. Happy to take the money and do ppl over. Dont ruin your big days or occasions with these guys.

They keep asking for more money because they claim the prices has raised.
They also delete all the comments on Instagram without responding to any of the claims
