Ich bin absolut enttäuscht von diesem Shop. Ich versuche nun schon seit einem halben Jahr, meine Bestellung (eine Jogginghose) zurückzugeben. Obwohl ich mich rechtzeitig gemeldet habe und die Ware in perfektem Zustand ist, warte ich bis heute vergeblich auf das versprochene Rücksendeetikett.
Mir wurde mehrfach zugesichert, dass ich die Ware zurücksenden darf und mein Geld erstattet bekomme. Statt einer Lösung werde ich aber nur hingehalten. Es hat Monate gedauert, das überhaupt "anzuklären", nur damit jetzt wieder nichts passiert. Ich habe weder mein Geld noch einen Retourenschein. Finger weg, hier wird man nur vertröstet!

I have made 2 orders from this shop. First time there were Import duties. I wasnt aware of it as it wasnt mentioned on the website. I wrote a mail back then and soon after they changed it so there would be no Import duties. Short while ago i made another order, but i still got hit with Import duties again. I wrote an email again, communication was difficult because of time zones, but they helped me out very well. Just be aware of import duties when you import. For the company: i noticed the shop was in Canada. I would look into the CETA, as it could lower import duties, i noticed it got shipped through the USA.

So I bought the hoodie and that took 2 weeks to come up then it came and I didn’t like it which is my fault for not liking it and I decided to return it 1-2 hours after it came and I have emailed them 10+ times no response and now cause of there horrid service I won’t get a refund

Horrible company, waited 2 months just for them to refund me saying they didn't have it, horrible customer service definitely my worst brand experience of all time.

Lovely quality item but shockingly poor customer service. No response to emails, no acknowledgement of my return, and I only got a reply after posting on social media. I’m still waiting for my exchange. Such a shame — good products deserve better service.

The other reviews on here had me a little worried about the product, but I decided to trust the process—which ended up not disappointing. It took a minute for the product to arrive, but it wasn’t anything outrageous. Overall I am pleased with the quality of the product after a couple of wears and a few washes, air drying for 2-3 days is the method.

Très mauvais service clientèle. Ma commande n’est jamais arrivée. Aucune excuse. Ils ont juste annulé la commande sans chercher à régler le problème. 2 semaines après l’annulation je n’ai toujours pas récupéré mon argent. Communication email réduite à son minimum syndical, aucune formule de politesse. Bref très mauvais.

Terrible, shipping says 2-3 days it’s been almost a month and the time they answered my email they said they were shipping out next day. Obviously didn’t happen and now I’m moving and can’t change delivery address. All around Terrible

To anyone seeing this comment: please, PLEASE trust me – do NOT buy from this store.
I spent over 500 euros and deeply regret it.

Here’s why:
• There is no proper return process.
You have to pay for the return shipping yourself, but they won’t even give you a return address.
• They almost never respond to emails or messages on social media.
If you contact them on Instagram, they’ll just tell you to send an email – but they won’t reply to that either.
• You have no status updates or confirmation once you place your order.
• The clothing quality is decent, but:
• Sizes are totally wrong
• Clothes shrink after washing
• What you get looks nothing like what they advertise – not even 1%.
• No customer support, no flexibility, no help. Just silence.

Please don’t make the same mistake I did. This is honestly the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.

Not even lying when I say this but this is probably the best tracksuit on the market fr quality is unreal and they way they sit over the shoe is perfect.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company was so terrible that I felt compelled to warn others.

Firstly, I was hit with a significant import tax charge when receiving my order of two hoodies (I’m based in the UK). While this isn’t entirely the company’s fault, it was just the beginning of a frustrating ordeal.

Secondly, after waiting two months for delivery, the hoodies arrived and were completely different from what was advertised. The sizing was totally inaccurate compared to their size guide.

Thirdly, their customer service is non-existent. They do not respond to Instagram messages or emails. After returning the hoodies and being assured of a full refund, I have been chasing them for months with no success.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs. It’s not worth the hassle. Also, it's disappointing to see the suspiciously glowing reviews they’ve recently added here.

Bought the grey zip up and it has the best sillouette I have ever seen on a zip up. Top quality

This sweatsuit is top tier quality, honestly the best I’ve ever worn!! It is super warm and heavy, perfect for harsh New England winter weather. The shipping process was very quick and they made it super easy to exchange when I needed a bigger size!! I get so many compliments and questions whenever I wear this as well great for a stylish & simple look!! 20/10 recommend!!!

Saint Alexander is the place to go for quality and comfort, the product is excellent and the craftsmanship is on point. If you are looking for a unique product that is going to stand out anywhere you go look no further… I absolutely love the way that the pants fit me. On top of that, the customer service is exceptional and quick to resolve any questions concerning orders. Definitely worth every penny!
