Finally
Finally, people! I think they are real butchers!!! I got the chicken pieces with bone in and would you believe, at the end of cooking a curry ... .there were no splintered bones!!! Not going anywhere else.

Tender lamb leg

Very easy to order
Very easy to order, great communication and updates. Delivery was on time, straightforward and fuss-free. No EVRI parcels frisbeed in the direction of the house! All products were well packed and well presented. We are looking forward to enjoying the Palestinian dates and the Palestinian olive oil over the Christmas period. I’ve also gifted a bottle to my Mum as part of her Christmas hamper. I only hope that the Palestinian Farmers really benefit from my purchase and what % they receive would be a helpful marketing tool.

Overall good but I had to go to another…
Overall good but I had to go to another road to pick up my order. Called DHL to find out but no one picked up. They sent me a photograph during work of a different address I had to go several streets to find which number 6 they delivered to after my shift finished. The overall delivery was sitting outside for 3 hours. Luckily no one stole the delivery.

Always Fresh
There is a wide variety of halal meats from which to choose and all are of high quality. All are delivered in a timely fashion on the day of one's choice and are fresh and delicious. I wouldn't purchase meat from any other provider. Thank you.

Would order again but some improvement's needed
Beef mince fantastic. Lamb mince very nice. Chicken drumsticks and breast good quality. However, all was not as fresh as I thought it would come- would have appreciated a bit more on the use by date. I didn’t have space to freeze everything so was pressured to cook it all within a few days which wasn’t helpful for an online order- it should last at least 5 days in the fridge? You have to order in bulk because it’s online so should have more time. Unfortunately I had to throw out the diced lamb and the chicken liver- they didn’t last until the stated use by date and smelt off when I tried to cook them a day before the use by date. Also chicken liver was packed messy- leaking juices because bag wasn’t sealed properly. Wasn’t impressed with that because we’re paying a bit more than the local butchers for these standards. I would order again but hope you can rectify these things.

Chicken breast was nice but chicken carcass
Chicken breast was nice but chicken bones were all thigh bones when the picture was of a carcass so I didn’t at all get what I bought. Lean lamb mince very expensive and quite fatty tasting.

I only have one complaint, when I first purchased the turkey bacon it was around £11.45 a pack. It has gone up a whole £2.00.

Really good products and customer service
I have ordered a few times from Saffron Alley as I need meat from animals that are treated extremely well, and also organic and halal. I had bad antibiotic toxicity in my gut and body from the halal meat I bought locally, and it's destroyed my health.
I had a few questions about my most recent order two weeks ago, and emailed them. The customer representative, Christopher David, was really polite, helpful and explained some things that I was confused about that day. This was very helpful, and I was super happy with my customer experience this time.
The order went through and has been delivered. I have an issue with the delivery service not ringing the doorbell and delivering directly when I was in the house, and I'll be contacting Saffron Alley again to ask them to pass the complaint on to the third-party delivery company.
The quality of meat and packaging is really good and hygienic, doesn't have that weird smell I have had from other butchers.
This is on a different note, but I also really love their new adverts - the marketing department found the perfect focus groups to execute these adverts! Every time I see an advert on YouTube, I'm learning about all different kinds of meat and how to prepare them from their skilled and eloquent butcher.
I don't usually pay attention to advertising, but this new, respectful way of informing customers about their services has won me over.
I am grateful for this service and the free weekday delivery for orders over £40.

Hello!
I grow up in little farm back home,and I know when meet is good quality, so yah I was really satisfied with the quality of the meet I got. I got whole chicken corn fed made soup it came amazing, got brisket made stew, and fried aswell really nice and tender, and the lamb sausage were yamii,...so I do recommend them. Try at least once their products and you will want to order again.

I bought the premium steak package and…
I bought the premium steak package and a whole chicken for my birthday weekend, which I share with my daughter in law. My husband cooked the fillets and ribeyes on the Green Egg and they were absolutely delicious. Grandad was gifted the sirloins, which he’s looking forward to.
Likewise the chicken roasted for Sunday lunch was a hit.
