The information was easy to read and understand, and the process was simple. Once downloaded, it was just a matter of having 2 witnesses to sign when I signed and then it was easy to upload to Safewill. It has given me peace of mind for my loved ones, as it will make things simpler when "the time comes".

I found Safewill to be extremely efficient. It didn’t them take long to have my will read/checked by them and they sent it back to me promptly. And all for free!

As simple and straightforward as making a will can be. I like how the cost of every extra helping step was clearly laid out in plain English. All costs very reasonable BTW. Everything worked perfectly.

I found the idea of pulling a will together overwhelming (and confusing ... how would I even know it would be legal?). Safewill made it so straightforward. Also, knowing I can go back to change anything has given me peace of mind. Then I found that Safewill provided a repository for all sorts of other things, such as funeral wishes. Hooray! I can go back and add to this as I think it all through. Highly recommend Safewill if landing a will has been too much for you in the past.

I found the whole process very easy. The application form was simple to complete and followed a logical order. It was free which is what attracted me in the first instance as money is tight, but it also enabled me to leave some money to LSAR NZ in my will. A great way to support a great organisation. The time taken to get it back to me was excellent and on time. I still have to upload signed copies but I expect that to be as simple. In brief I was really impressed with the whole thing and its brought me a great deal of relief as i have been meaning to do this for ages. So I'm very grateful. My friend is now keen to do hers too, :)

Thought the process was good although it felt like there was a lot of ‘selling up’ and marketing of other products or a more comprehensive services at various price points.

I can now print a copy, I’m also able to upload a copy. It’s the best decision I made to update my Will

Really easy to use! A great platform that makes writing a will simple, easy and not overwhelming. Would recommend! Safewill makes the process less daunting by using light hearted communication.

The process of completing the will was relatively simple, however the process of accessing and printing the will was difficult and help, while eventually given, was slow in coming.
