Great initiative

Great initiative. Glad I finally sat down and wrote out my Will. So easy and clearly laid out which o ly took 20 minutes online to do step by step. Thanks so much Im very pleased with the end result. And I am at ease knowing things are in place to make life easy for my wife and kids should the un thi kable ever happen.

Highly recommend!

So easy to complete.
I was sceptical about doing my will online but this process was very easy. All you have to do is answer questions and then its all done for you! Highly recommend!

Why use outdated paper wills with…

Why use outdated paper wills with signatures?
I don't even own a printer anymore.
I wish to use digital signature that can be verified, unlike a pen that can be used by anyone, especially family that have access to multiple copies of signatures.

Filling in the online form was easy…

Filling in the online form was easy enough. Is it a legal form ? I have no idea. What happens now I have downloaded the completed form ? I see 2 witnesses need to sign it - then what do I do with it ? File it at a bank or with a lawyer ? I’m unsure? It is this just something I email to my family ? So some direction here would have been good. Is it actually a legal form? I’m not entirely sure 🤔

Easy to fill in the forms

Easy to fill in the forms. My wishes in the will are very straightforward so the will is not complicated. However, I was offered a chance to go for a custom made will if my estate was more complex.
Good communication as I was kept informed through the various stages.

Provides peace of mind

The site was quite easy to use and Safewill was in a partnership of sorts with Australian Christian Lobby in providing this service, which basically made Safewill trustworthy as far as we were concerned.

Super efficient and easy to use service. Customer service is excellent. Quick reply when needing help and review of will. And I got it for free during free Will week. Amazing!
