I am very sorry that we sent the incorrect gloves with your order. As soon as we confirmed the error, we provided a pre-paid returns label and, once we received confirmation that the incorrect item was on its way back to us, we expedited the dispatch of the correct gloves.

Ordered wrong size - sorted before despatch
I cocked up and ordered the wrong size gloves, which I realised soon after placing my online order.
I called up and spoke to a lovely woman who told me shed contact the warehouse to get it changed. The correct size gloves arrived on the predicted day.
