Please do your own research and YouTube viewing, In my opinion the Safeline Concealable HYPERLINE™ Level IIIA is the sh#@. It is a resistant vest so do not expect it to be slight or light.

The entry price is worth way less than losing your life.

Nice vest,but as a retired officer I wish that you want sell them to just anybody. We have enough of a hard time with the criminals and this just give them something else to fight us with.

I'm giving the FRAS body armor four stars, although the overall experience earns the company about a C+ in my book. For a premium body armor product, I expected much more attention to detail in packaging and presentation.

The armor arrived in a very weak cardboard box that was broken open during shipping, leaving the courier little choice but to deliver it with the contents partially exposed. Considering the value and nature of the product inside, the company could—and should—have made the effort to use a stronger, more secure shipping box. Protective equipment at this price point deserves protective packaging.

I was also disappointed by the complete lack of useful instructions. There was no clear guidance explaining how to assemble or properly configure the vest, how to break in the FRAS armor, or even how to identify which side of certain components was the front or back. Customers should not have to figure out the basic setup of an expensive piece of equipment through trial and error.

The FRAS armor itself appears to be a quality product, which is why I'm still giving it four stars. However, the overall customer experience lacked follow-through. Better packaging, clear assembly instructions, and basic break-in and orientation guidance would have made a significant difference. Good product, but the company needs to improve the details surrounding it. Overall grade: C+.

Product as described. Easy to adjust, ordered the tactical bundle. Arrived on time. I am a jail officer. We transport to courts, medical appointments, etc. Vest is comfortable and not to hot. Also work part time security. Happy with my purchase.

The item I bought was shipped by UPS and stopped at a UPS office in Montgomery. SafeLifeDefense didn’t follow the delivery and put the responsibility on me to do something about it. Then I had to do a “Docusign” in Nevada that declared the item was lost and wanted me to swear as to its current location under penalty of Nevada law. When I emailed them that I had no idea where it was and I felt like it was their responsibility to track it down through UPS which is typically the responsibility of the shipper to ensure delivery or deal with the delivery company they chose to use. They replied they wouldn’t do anything until I signed the Docusign document which was worded improperly and I couldn’t swear to it under potential penalty of law because they put it together wrong. This went on and on and was a real pain for me to deal with and consumed a lot of my personal time. I still don’t know what the status is or what SafeLifeDefense is going to do about it.
