Delays and some items left me disappointed

It took a couple of weeks for the items to arrive (no indication they had no stock). The two sticky backed signs didn't stay stuck on the wall, and the fire action sign had an advert for a business on the top that wasn't in the picture on the website. They did communicate the delivery delay well though and despatched quickly when I chased.

Brilliant service from Fire Safe…

Brilliant service from Fire Safe Direct. I'd been let down by another supplier so ordered last minute, but items arrived promptly and I was able to deliver them to my rental flat as planned. Thank you.

I bought the alarms sets directly from the website. Arrive in time, electrician who install this says also they are very good. Happy with the purchase and services so far

Happy customer

The company offers a good range of products and a clear website. The product was delivered promptly. I am glad that the CO2 fire extinguisher is recyclable.

Highly recommend

Never used Safefire Direct before, but I certainly will again! I had a query with my order, which was answered constructively and efficiently. The items arrived well packed & so quickly. Am delighted with my order. Thank you

Great delivery, great product

Great delivery, prompt and packaged up. Takes a little working out the manual but once you realize the plate sets the switch on its brilliant. Nice size and fits anywhere. Loud test system so you know it works. 5 star product. Looking to buy another for another room.
