Safar E Kaaba UK Arvostelua

I have been umrah twice and my second umrah was for the first time with this company. I would like to say I had an amazing time all with the help of a good customer service provided by Adnan Bhai with this reputable company. Adnan bhai regularly checked up on us whilst we were there ensuring our journey went smoothly. Thank you again for an amazing experience.

I can only comment based on my experience with trying to find the perfect package. I filled the enquiry form then was contacted by Hassan Ghani. He asked my requirements and presented several package options based on my requirements. I was quite picky with my dates and package requirements and he handled it professionally and kept getting back to me promptly with a few options.

In the end due to changes in holiday dates etc, we decided not to book our trip just yet. However, Hassan was very professional and patient with me so I would be happy to book with him next time I am planning my umrah trip!

Customer service is very important to me and Hassan Ghani was brilliant so thank you.

My 1st ever ummrah I used safa e kabaa agency all I can say absolutely the best they made my ummrah journey easy and beautiful wow my experience seeing the kaaba and masimjid nabawi heart warming thank you so much for the help especially adnan who made my experience wonderful thank you will be goin bk again for ramadan cant wait

Everything was very nice and easy. Special thanks to Adnan.

Booked with Brother Ahmed multiple times now. Couldn’t recommend him enough always going out of his way for us. Become more like family than just a travel agent. May Allah put so much barakah in your business. Ameen

I’m absolutely thrilled with the service provided by Safar E Kaaba by both brothers Ahmed and Adnan From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful in booking my Umrah ticket they even found an amazing deal that made the experience even more special. Throughout my journey, whenever I needed support, they were always responsive and went above and beyond to assist with issues. The package they offered was top notch, and the whole team was fantastic. I couldn’t ask for better service, and I’ll definitely be booking with them again. Highly recommend!

Agent was helpful and polite excellent customer service couldn't fault him in anyway. Thank you

Very bad experience with them, they booked my hotels and when I checked out from Makkah they booked my checked in Madina next day so I had to go and find the 1 night stay myself and when I complained they said you should have checked the reservations when we sent you (as a professional you need to tell your customers how is check in and check out works in both sides) very poor customer service, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone with family and if you do use them please check each and everything well in time.

I recently booked my umrah tickets.shazaib give me a good price pakkage.good customer service inshallah in the future I booked again thankyou safar E kaaba

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently booked my Umrah with Safar E Kaaba, My package involved Visa, Flights and Hotels in both Makkah and Madinah and I’m so grateful for their excellent service. From start to finish, everything was handled with honesty and care. Brother shazaib even went out his way to complete check in for me with the flight's as I wasn't sure how to do online check in. This is something Safar E kaaba don't do but he did for me which was very nice of him. I’m someone who worries a lot and asks many questions, but Brother Shazaib was always patient, polite, and reassuring.

What really stood out to me was that Brother Shazaib kept in touch throughout my journey even after I returned home just to make sure everything went smoothly. Unlike some agents who push for reviews even before you book anything or disappear once you’ve booked, Safar E Kaaba were the complete opposite. They never pressured me for anything, instead, they encouraged me to go, experience my Umrah, and then share my honest thoughts afterwards. That shows how confident they are in the service they provide.

Alhamdulillah, I truly was happy and impressed. Everything went smoothly and stress free. May Allah reward Brother Shazaib and the entire Safar E Kaaba team for making this spiritual journey so easy and special. Highly recommended!

Alhamdulillah, I went for Umrah through Safar e Kaaba, and MashaAllah, everything was excellent from start to finish. The entire trip went smoothly without any issues. My whole family really enjoyed the experience — the transport, transfers, hotels, and Ziyaarah were all very well organized and above expectations.

Special thanks to Adnan and Ahmed Bhai for being extremely helpful and supportive throughout the journey. Their guidance made the experience even better.

I will definitely be using Safar e Kaaba again in the future and highly recommend their services to anyone planning Umrah or Hajj.

Any issues that had arisen from thr hotel, Ahmed was trying his best to solve all the problems and did infact solve them. Overall, I would recommend choosing Safar e Kaaba for umrah packages as they provide excellent services.

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and allowed me to focus completely on the spiritual significance of the pilgrimage.
I dealt specifically with brother Adnaan, and his commitment to customer care is the primary reason I am giving this company a five-star rating.

This is my review of the Dubai + Umrah package from Safar E Kaaba:

✈️- The travel from Manchester Airport to Dubai and then Saudi was perfect and we had no issues at all. The returning flights were equally as good.

🇦🇪🏨- Once we arrived in Dubai, the hotel room was unclean and and had plumbing leaks flooding the toilet floor, however the staff were quick to resolve this and give us a much nicer room for the following nights. The staff explained that many of the expats were celebrating Holi and certain rooms had accommodated party goers, the hotel was also very noisy because of the festival music from other rooms. Other than this the Dubai visit was superb and we were close to the airport as well as a short taxi drive away from Burj Khalifa.

🇸🇦🏨- The hotel at Makkah was really nice. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The shuttle service made it very easy to access Masjid Al-Haram. We are very happy with our visit at this hotel as it made our Umrah experience pleasant.

🇸🇦🏨- The hotel at Medinah was booked separately from Safar E Kaaba as a friend of ours had already booked the hotel but had to cancel her Medinah trip.

😀⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Overall our experience is rated as 5 / 5 . The customer service from Shahzaib Bhai was five star, he was really pleasant to deal with and kept us updated on what to do and expect before our trip. He also contacted us throughout our trip to ensure we were looked after. The Dubai hotel could be a little better however we booked during Holi festival, everything else was perfect!

Very good customer service from Ammar as he found me a very good package for my family. His response was very quick. It was unfortunate that I couldn’t take the package for personal reasons but when I do go in the future I will take it from him.
