Got very old stock of rice bag when ordered online. It stinks 😷. When contacted store, they asked to contact the food manufacturer or supplier. What a pathetic service. 😢😢

Got the wrong product, no proper response from the Saddam team even after multiple calls

The store is good for shopping in person. However, I would not recommend deliveries. Their courier partners delay the delivery by 1-2 days, and with food and frozen items, that is a big issue.
The packaging in my case was an additional issue as a couple of packets of food were damaged in the delivery, and the contents (brown chana, moong dal, and rawa went into other items) - overall, that was an expense of 10-15 pounds.
The store and its collection of items are good, so I recommend you to go to the store in Hounslow and shop there instead of ordering online.

Worst experience ever. Ordered online and received the delivery with items missing. When raised the issue to the shop, they did not even bother to respond.

Good levels of stock at excellent prices. Error was made with one item but was quickly resolved.

Wonderful service no issues with delivery

Good product range and generally happy with the quality but whenever we receive an order, they come in big boxes and the excess spaces inside the box is filled up by what is essentially rubbish that we don't want to receive - empty boxes, bits of polystyrene that get everywhere and this time it even had a bit of plastic fastening. That just increases the amount of rubbish that we need to dispose of ourselves. These are not providing padding but just filling in empty space. This really discourages us from ordering from Sadda.

Parcel was never delivered to us. DPD data shows it was accepted by somebody around depot (I will say stolen by DPD employee).

Shipped really fast. Priced well compared to the competitors.
