SadaWorks is a small software studio that builds the systems a business runs on behind the scenes. We make AI voice agents that answer every call, connect CRMs so customer records stop living in five different places, and automate the repetitive admin that eats a team's week. We also build websites, custom software and mobile apps. We build for small and mid-size businesses, especially the ones that live on the phone: dental and medical practices, law firms, home services, estate agents and clinics. The problem is usually the same. Leads are already arriving, but calls ring out after hours, enquiries never reach the CRM, and follow-ups depend on someone remembering. We close those gaps. We are three people, and you work directly with whoever is building your project. There is no account manager relaying messages and no sales script. If something is a poor fit for your business, we will tell you before you spend money on it, even when that means recommending a simpler option or a different supplier. Every build is set up in your own accounts wherever the platform allows it, so you keep ownership of the agent, the phone number and the workflows. We test against your real calls and data before launch, and we stay on to maintain what we build, because an automation nobody watches is one that quietly stops working.
