Sablea Arvostelua 

I ordered a Sablea decorative ornament and was very excited with my purchase. However I noticed that TWO amounts had been taken from my bank account and two months later I'm still waiting to receive the ornament.
I have emailed several times and have been completely ignored.
This company are either con artists or have zero customer service either way I wish I had never ordered anything from them and if I were you I would avoid them too!
They have taken £60 from me and I have received nothing - even the tracking facility is a con!!

I purchased one of their products just over 4 weeks ago. I understand there are delays, although their confirmation email did specify that the usual time for delivery was 14-21 days. It has exceeded that (although I imagine through no fault of their own).

My issue is that I have emailed 4 times now to ask for an update as their tracking system does not work. I have not received a single reply. As an add on to that I have received 2 scams about missed deliveries that I nearly fell for as I had waited so long and the package would supposedly be sent back to sender should I not pay. Needless to say Sablea were of no help when I reached out to ask them for confirmation of the delivery service they used.

Their product may be wonderful but I (currently) would not know. If I were to go back by a few weeks I would have sooner ordered off amazon who have a competent team who reply to emails.

THIS IS A SCAM!
I have not received anything for over a month, except awkwardly worded emails that said “Don’t worry, everything is ok. Your order is still on it’s way. Except if you’ve already received your order than disregard this email.” I suspected a scam due to these weird emails. There is no reply with customer service or options to cancel or change your order in any way. I am contesting my charge with my credit card company & have to cancel that card & get a new one. Again, THIS IS A SCAM!

Big scammers. I paid 30 euro and nothing arrived and they refuse to refund me. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered over a month ago and still have not recieved my package. I checked the tracking and it says it was delievered. This is a SCAM. Do not buy. I send an email to customer service and have not heard back. I called the number and got no one. Do not buy. Currently trying to get my money back by contacting my credit card company.

Complete scam. Ordered 3 items and their website states it was delivered yesterday but nothing arrived so when I reach out to them via email or phone there is NO response. Disputed with my credit card company.

Ordered a month ago and nothing has turned up. Have emailed twice, called and left messages and nothing back...will now have to claim through bank which is a shame as was looking forward to receiving

I bought two sets of this product from their website. It was a recommendation on my instagram page.
So here is the story they take money right away and its been more then a month and the product never arrived. They will send you a tracking number and still that chinese tracking info will never get updated.

I came to a conclusion that this whole business is fake and their customer service is never reachable.

I took a chance on ordering despite not being able to find any reviews. Product did (eventually) arrive (and actually looked / worked as expected!) but it was about a month waiting for delivery so missed the gift giving date completely. Worse than that, the product is not the size that is avertised and when I tried to contact the company to seek a solution before resorting to bad feedback, I was told I received what I had ordered. I did not. I sent pictures proving that I had not received what was ordered which were ignored. I followed up, and then again received a response that THEY were happy that I had received what I had ordered, despite the actual evidence proving not. I paid for the larger product and did not receive it. So there is a complete false advertising situation with the sizes that are available / sent out and the customer service is appalling.

I would recommend just purchasing from any other company due to these two factors, it is overpriced compared to others.

Terrible customer service... my oder took 50 days to get to me. I also ordered 2 pieces by accident and immediately emailed the customer service email requesting that I cancel one of the sandglass pieces. They emailed me back a week later saying their customer service email wasn't working. My order was already shipped out. When I finally complained about my purchase not making it here for my fiancé's birthday, I was told it would be arriving "in the next couple days".... still haven't got the package and it is estimating 49 days since my date of purchase.

DO NOT BUY. Ordered one item, added extra two at checkout. Tracking said it was delivered 3 weeks ago, never received and they will not reply to my emails. Very disappointed as we were going to use in a school sensory room for children.

Website is incredible misleading. Offers you a package of items when you provide your card details but treats it as a completely separate order. Discovered after ordering that they sell fake, counterfeit products so I requested a full refund and was told that ‘they don’t refund sale items’. I asked for a company address and only after threatening legal action did they comply with full refunds.

Their customer support is a fake number, every time you call it says "we are unavailable, try calling later or email us". And no one responds to the emails. I am cancelling the card number they have, this site is a scam.

Fake advertising - do NOT buy. This company are using video and material from a genuine artist, The original sand art pictures, and the images of the owner belong to Klaus Bosch NOT 'David Wilson'!
This is one of many rip-off merchants that are selling cheap copies of a quality product.
