Sabermax Lightsabers Arvostelua 60

Only received half my order, after multiple emails Inquiring about the status of the other half/missing pieces of my order I gave up and ate the loss. Saber itself seems decent but terrible customer service makes this something I can't recommend

Tried emailing about the lightsaber, they sent a basic base lit after I paid to upgrade it to the full lighted blade. No email responses back, sent a couple and pics when I received the saber. The saber is cool and works great but it’s not what I paid for and some communication from the company would have been amazing. I won’t be ordering from them again, plenty of other sources for light sabers.

Company never delivered sabers and when I tried reaching out I never got an answer. They canceled the order without me asking.

Order confirmed on January 27th. No updates, never shipped, ghosted across their email, instagram, and Reddit after several attempts. Although they put a “refund if no update by early April,” they de-listed half their inventory and are continuing to post about sales while not fulfilling months-old orders. Thought I did thorough research before making a purchase, but this is unacceptable.

Defective product and no returns or refunds.

Currently, I would give ZERO stars. I had an order for a saber that SABERMAX cancelled due to fruadulent chargebacks that affected their revenue. Fine. Well, I paid with Klarna - and now I am repeatedly getting charged for a lightsaber I never recieved!!! I have contacted Klarna and tried THREE times to stop this. Turns out Sabermax has been declining the request. I have emails to Klarna, and Sabermax in regards to this and no resolution. I'm still getting charged and Klarna will not stop the process unless Sabermax stops it, but nobody has responded to my THREE emails. Absolute bullshit. This has been going on since 12/16/2025. Refunded in 24 hours my ass. I'm still paying for something I didn't recieve! EDIT-Two days later after 3 emails - still ZERO response.

Ordered from this company and they cancelled my order but still no refund provided, I can understand cancelling the order due to apparent security issues but not providing a refund is scamming. Please avoid, the company is also ignoring my multiple emails. Better companies out there which actually provide good customer service so don’t waste your money on this scam.

I would give zero stars if I could. My Black Friday order was canceled and was told I would receive a refund. Still no refund and customer service has ghosted me. Order from somewhere else. Customer service is nonexistent and I’m out almost $500

I enjoyed the temple guard saber I got from you guys, wish it did not have so many loose fittings, but not your fault it's the weather and TXQ'S fault. A Very good saber enjoy it a lot good for displaying.

Order My lightsaber Nov 18th,I understand this time of year it can be a little time before it gets shipped out I paid almost $400 for a lightsaber with a proffie board, after taking two weeks to ship the order and another week to receive it I'm so excited to get it and when I open it it's not proffie,ita a snv4, and I could have gotten off of Amazon for half the price, reached out to sabermax asking for support and received nothing but ghosting. Other companies will send you a display stand and a blade plug this company sends neither one.
Do yourself a favor and go to another website and spend the extra $200 or $300 and get what you order a lot sooner., update customer service dead send me a proffie core finally but it took about 2 weeks to get, and also came with all the electronics and I had to completely rebuild it to make it work, no configuration file on the SD card, and it is loaded with a bunch of trash blade Styles and ignition styles that are all the same you go online to try and do some customization you copy and paste and do everything that these tutorials are telling you to do and nothing works do not buy anything from this company because I asked for a refund for the difference of what they sent me and what I ordered and they gave me store credit like I want to order something else from them go somewhere else pay the extra money and get you an SNV4 it's not that great but you can at least do stuff with it and you buy from someone else you'll get good customer service and you'll get your saber when you order it.

I did a lot of research before investing in lightsabers. A lot of companies had a lot of flash but didn't feel right. Sabermax was the first company I found that apologized for the misleading practices of the other companies and did every thing they could to insure they were legit. I ordered the sabers well before Christmas to insure arrival (and if they didn't show I had time to find a replacement gift) and to make sure they were of the quality advertised. When the sabers arrived, I was so relieved it wasn't a scam, I didn't bother to check them before usage. Christmas eve, I sit here after trying them out. I am beyond happy with the ease of use, the quality of the sabers and I am looking forward to tomorrow when the kids open them. Thank you Sabermasters for being the legit company I was looking for.

Look, I can understand closing new orders due to security issues but refunding an order after every other store's Black Friday sales are over is just ridiculous. Even if I waited for them to reopen, the $30 dollars off they promise is nowhere near how much I would have saved if I went anywhere else instead.

Edit: 2 weeks have passed, their store has reopened, and I've still not heard anything about my refund.
Edit 2: They never responded, I had to go through my bank for a refund. Avoid.

I ordered a saber on 19th November which still hasn't been shipped, this was supposed to be a Christmas present but no way will it arrive to the UK in time despite the email saying 1-2 weeks delivery! I have messaged every single email they have on their website multiple times and the company has completely ghosted me no response whatsoever, avoid at all costs I now have to go through the pain of lodging a complaint against my credit card to get my money back.

I liked how my lightsaber came and the extra hilt and blade I got. I really really like it. I will say the one thing is that it took a bit longer than I expected to arrive, but aside from that everything was great. 100% recommend buying from sabermax.

These lightsabers are awesome and feel very premium

My niece had become quite keen on hitting… well… everything… with sabers, and so I needed to protect my collection with more appropriate battle ready sabers. Buying the set of 4 has given her hours and hours of fun of hitting blade against blade… and blade against.. well.. everything.

I also, took the opportunity to buy the Obi-Wan saber. And I am very impressed with it. The delivery time was super quick, the quality excellent.

Happy with everything I recieved overall. The crystal necklace was broken, but I wasn't expecting that to be included anyway. Was shipped and recieved in a timely fashion. Only issue is that I wish the instructions for how to operate and put them together were clearer. There were also several items in the package that I didn't know anything about.
