what a poor after sales service. put simply the 2 new maps add to roadcraft both have mission that ever dont start or cant be completed. contacted saber about this and sent them my game save so they can fix it. receved this email back: Thank you for providing all that information. I have forwarded it to our development team for their review.
We will contact you if we require any further information from you.

this was on the 15th of October.
ive since then sent 2 emails asking for an update and also informing them of the mod_editor not working and can not send crash report. both emails have gone unanswered and have yet to here a single thing about my save game, so now ive got a game i can not play at all without redoing the whole of this 2 maps that ive spent hours on and a mod editor that dose not work (tried on 3 different computers and fresh installs).
now dont get me wrong i know full well they are working on a lot of games and a lot of people contacting them, but i sent an email to them from my 2nd email address and they have responded within 2 days! so its clear that they are just ignoring my emails instead of just giving me an update.
so thats why im writing this review, not because its taking along time to fix the game, but because they are intentionally ignoring my emails and refusing to give an update! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS, YOU DONT JUST BLANK THEM!
UPDATE: still no response, still unable to play the game. NEVER GIVING SABER A PENNY OF MY MONEY AGAIN. NO MORE BUYING GAMES, SEASSONS OR ANY DLC'S.
I REFUSE TO FUND COMPANYS THAT DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS, THAT THINK BLANKING THERE CUSTOMERS IS AWAY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM!
