Returning here again just to double down on my first review.
Completely disappointing experience with the customer support on return of a product that was fake
Had back and forth the the customer support on return
They'd keep initiating return to the warehouse 400 km away from where I was, despite me mentioning this over and over again over email.
2700 days old deleted out of frustration, and have never looked back

I ordered party decorations from Daraz. The delivery time was fine and the items also arrived in good condition. The packaging was fine too.

I Had a Very Dad Experience With My Daraz Order. The Rider Asked for Extra Charges and When I Refused, He Did Not Hand Over My Parcel. I Also Complained to Daraz, But No Action was Taken. Very Disappointing Service.
Hope so, That Was My Last Order With Them :(

Daraz is misleading customers with fake discounts. I tried to buy a watch worth Rs. 6000 with a voucher, but was blocked by a system error. Their support forced me to wait 7 days via email just so my voucher would expire on April 30th. Now the watch is back to full price. This is a clear scam to avoid giving promised discounts.
​I have all the evidence and I am taking this to the Consumer Court.
​NOTE TO DARAZ SUPPORT: If you want to resolve this, call me ONLY between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM. Do not disturb my family by calling at random hours. I demand full compensation for my loss and mental agony.

Daraz.pk is convenient for online shopping and has a large variety of products, orders arrive in time as expected, also return and refund policy is available, so Overall experience with daraz is Good as it is a trusted platform for Online Shopping.
