Bought a new Harvey Minimax M3 water…

Bought a new Harvey Minimax M3 water softener from Sandy's, and Jack couldn't have been more helpful. I installed the softener myself with advice from Jack on pipes and fittings. The item was delivered 24 hours after order and arrived in perfect condition. Jack also registered the softener with Harvey's so that I would get the manufacture's 10-year warranty. To cap it all, I paid less than 30% of what other suppliers were asking. Highly recommended!

Harvey M3 Minimax

Bought an M3 Minimax. Price was good and communication up to the sale was good.
However the softener did not come with an installation manual or a regeneration tool. 2 emails regarding this were ignored. Finally rang 2 weeks later and was told that Harvey do not supply the tool or a manual with this model. Steer clear of Harvey softeners.

Vastaus yritykseltä Sandy's Salt & Softeners

Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with both the price and our communication during the purchase.

Just to clarify for anyone reading, this was a supply-only purchase of a Harvey Minimax M3 rather than an installation carried out by us. Harvey do not supply this particular model with either a printed installation manual or a regeneration key/tool, so unfortunately these are not items that we have available to send separately.

We’re sorry that your follow-up emails were not responded to as quickly as they should have been.

We supply a wide range of water softeners from Harvey as well as several other manufacturers, and we’re always happy to offer advice on the most suitable product depending on a customer’s requirements.

Kind regards,
Sandy’s Salt & Softeners
