RZ Mask Arvostelua 9

I bought the new M3 mask. It is remarkably well made and comes with 3 strap options for wearing it. I decided on the straps that go around your head. When I opened the box one of the clips didn't want to clip in all the way because of a very minor defect. I called their customer service. I also mentioned I needed to order an extra box of filters which they said I would have to do online. They said they would send out the strap and guess what!! The Next Day I received the replacement straps, an extra pouch, and a box of replacement filters! I'm not sure, but I think this might be the best customer service experience I've ever had. I love the new mask as I wear a mask in my woodshop a good portion of the day, and you can't beat their customer service. They really stand behind their products.

Overhyped by Youtube users, the mask fits poorly, with the velcro fastener at the back often coming loose when bending your neck down, can often smell the wood dust whilst using it so it obviously does not work, fogs glasses up just as bad as any other mask.

The mask seemed to be of great quality until it was time to change the filter and the Exhalation caps failed and are now stuck on the mask and won't come off. When I called customer service they have very poor customer. Probably one of the worst that I have ever encountered. Apparently they only have one customer service supervisor, (at least that's what I was told by the 1 supervisor). This company seems to not care about customer satisfaction and will not replace anything or even give a reasonable discount for a new order. Very disappointed because I bragged about these mask and highly recommended them to many. Will be looking for a new company to fulfill all my mask needs.

they work but wearing them hurts. I bought these pre-pandemic for allergies while working cattle. It worked. Then used them for the pandemic which is a god send.

Bought another pair from another source because RZ was sold out and the fit of this other mask is amazing and seals against the face just as well. I realized that the build of RZ is not well designed. Pulls on the nose, wants to pull down, hard to wear past the 3rd hour.

Since RZ stocks filled back up, I bought a second pair at a different size and still the same experience.

First, valve masks protect only the wearer, not others, and so are discouraged on airplanes and other public venues. You've got to double mask under them. Further, I've had problems with the valves. When changing filters, it's really tricky to line up the mask, diaphragm, filter, and valve just right. The larger problem is that the entire valve assembly comes loose, falls to the floor, and can be lost. I've lost one diaphragm, but when I contacted RZ, we told they don't sell only the diaphragm, but only the entire valve -- for $7!!! A good concept, but poorly engineered. Very disappointed. Would neither buy again nor recommend.

Miserable service. I’m a disabled Veteran. I ordered a 2.5 reusable mesh mask, 12 pack F3 filters. Both size XL. I added to cart, when I went GovX to apply discount coupon, then to PayPayPal to check out, back RZ site to complete order the size did not transfer. The order went through for medium mask & filters. When I contacted RZ about the issue, they pretty much said tough crap. I don’t feel this is all my issue. Data transfer on RZ servers or servers they use need to be addressed. As I stated. I am a disabled veteran, high risk Senior for Covid. asks are a necessary item everyday. I would not recommend using RZ masks for their miserable customer support. Quite frankly using a 3rd party service they can’t or won’t back. obviously RZ masks don’t have a clue what they’re doing. I can’t use medium masks. They offered a 10% discount & free shipping. BIG DEAL I‘m still out original purchase price. I’m fixed income, can’t afford paying twice for items I can’t us. It‘s obvious RZ Masks intention is to screw customer out of money when issue is their fault. Cant own up to responsibility. Keep your money, it’s obvious you need it more than I do. RZ Masks need to fix issue of data transfer between GovX, PayPal, & RZ check out. Beware of this company. They wont stand behind their product or service.

Bought the 2.5, very disappointed... The filter alone may indeed work great but in testing but in conjunction with the actual mask the barrier is compromised. The filter nose-piece has a foam pad that is not filter rated and allows air to pass without going through the filter. Additionally, the one-way valves are not closing properly - the allows are to pass unfiltered, so this has been a waste of money since they don't take returns to due Covid-19.

I bought 3 of these masks at the recommendation of someone who works labs. Due to availability I purchased 2 M2's and 1 M2.5 At first we were all pretty excited, they look very nice and the material feels nice right out of the box. I love that you can change the filters, though I didn't realize they would have cutouts in the filters for the respirators... I feel like that kind of defeats the purpose a bit, though the website says otherwise. If the air you're pulling in from outside the mask is contaminated, it has no barrier between it and you aside from the rubber diaphragm, which would be collapsed inward due to suction, no? I'm no scientist, so who knows. Aside from that, they are comfortable to wear for a bit, they keep the mask off of your mouth and nose making it less stuffy to breathe in than a regular cloth mask. The downside, they had the tendency to rub. A lot. After about a week of continual wear due to COVID regulations, all 3 of us developed red lines across the bridges of our nose and under the eyes. Eventually the skin started to peel like a sunburn. The other two i bought the masks for have given up on them. I have tried wearing it tighter and looser to keep it from chafing, but don't seem to have any luck either way. I do like that you can clean it easily, and found that the filters can be steamed in paper bags to sanitize, so I'm not spending a fortune on replacements. Unfortunately you can't wear these daily for an extended period of time because your skin will peel and it will be uncomfortable. For running into the store or doing errands they're pretty good though. Honestly, I feel like I would have been happier with a high quality cloth mask.

I ordered from other places and was disappointed and waiting forever for my product. And then I ordered from RZ MASK. I have to say it was two completely different worlds. I've had 4 different orders through RZ while I'm still waiting for other companies to deliver. Customer service is great. You can just tell when a business really cares about their products and their customers and this is one of the best. They dont take more orders than they have in stock which is awesome. Processing times are quick and shipping is also. Great Company! I'd give them more stars if I could.
